Very nice and clean cabin. Guest services a little slow in responding to maintenance requests during our stay; took a day and a half to get wi-fi running.

The cabin was very nice. My grandkids really enjoyed the game room and the theater was awesome. The only problem we had was getting in it when we first arrived. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4:00, but it was almost 6:00 before it was ready.

Had a fantastic time , the hot tub didn’t work and we called to get it fixed and nobody came

We had a wonderful time in this cabin, as everything was as-advertised. Had to call maintenance once to unlock an accidentally-locked door and they came quickly and took care of it

Such a cute place with great potential but not very cozy. Just needs some light over the sink and sheets that fit the bed. Coffee pot didn't work and we had to buy one ourselves. ?? Outside Jacuzzi was dirty and water was very low. Trash thrown over the railing of the back porch must have never been picked up.

I love Cabins of the Smoky Mountains. I have stayed with them several times. I just wish they would get a cleaning crew that pays attention to details. Such as.... reachable ceiling fans are caked with dust, trash under beds, above the toilet washcloth holders are webbed with dust, you can tell when sweeping, mopping and vacuuming has not been done, pool tables could use a dust buster, decks are left with old bird poop and cobwebs. I continue to book with them because the cabins themselves are nice. Just be prepared to do a self-cleaning. I was told that the rooms are inspected before the are deemed ready for each Guest. The cleaning crew will continue to do the least if their Supervisor gets them thumps up each time.

Enjoyed our stay at Aqua Paradise. Very spacious with lots of things for the kids to do. Only cabin we found to have it's on indoor pool. My boys loved it. It is not far from all of the shopping on Wears Valley Road. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will stay there again in the future. Awesome place
