this was the 3rd year my family has rented, terrible waited til almost 6pm to get in they justed finished cleaning. the hot tub had a panel kicked out (unaware of ) until we seen it a day later, (not sure how you santizied something that totally broken) cable boxes missing no internet the whole time called numberous times on it . blames Comcast but I paid for this items and not to be able to use them. all the couches that belong in the bedroom piled up in the 3rd floor game room. cockroaches. my family plans next year debating on this rental company. sorry.... not once ask for money back for the ammenites that were promised.

Me and my family stayed in september 2017. Our check in was delayed by two hours due to cleaning not being done which we understood and were fine with. When we arrived the cabin smelled like alcohol and looked like someone had just done some touch up cleaning. We found alcohol containers, rotten food under the beds, no curtains on two of the front facing rooms (they sent a repair man to hang some at 11:30 pm) when we called they agreed to give us two nights free along with an additional two nights because of the promotion they run. We call in December to schedule our stay and they told us we would have to pay for two nights to get the second two nights free (a promotion they run anyway) We were very highly disappointed with our stay and the way our dissatisfaction was handled.

Excellent service, beautiful cabin, good response to items that needed repair or attention during our stay. Well equipped including kitchen neccesities. The staff was friendly and very helpful with everything required for a very pleasant stay. Close to everything and all parties enjoyed their stay. Looking forward to our next stay with this company.

Loved the cabin-view was breathtaking. Will definitely stay again.

This is my second stay with this group and we really enjoy the cabins. This was perfect for my wife and 5 year old to share with the grandparents.

It was a great experience for us.. looking forward to future visits!

Had to be refunded for the television not working. Called for 3 days until someone finally came out to fix it. I spent over a thousand dollars on this resort only to have he maintenance guy steal 160 from my purse. Police report was filed. Resort is doing nothing to cooperate or ease my mind. Won't give me any updates or information. He basically got away with it. He will strike again.

Due to the number we had staying when we got there the bunk bed shown and stated in their description on the website was not there. With that being said two of our ladies had to sleep on the two couches in the living room. I was not happy that those two guess had to sleep on couches.
