We always enjoy staying at the Preserve Resort. Love the views. The cabin we stayed in was wonderful but when we arrived not enough towels were there for our 4 night stay. The fireplace did not work either. There was not a toaster in the cabin and not many pots/pans to cook with. But overall a great view.

We stayed at Almost paradise for my bday and Anniversary. My husband was able to take his dog the cabin was pet friendly a plus. Enjoyed my self will recommend this cabin.....Until next time 2020.

This was our first time visiting. The scenery was very beautiful. We had issues with our cabins upon arrival. We stayed at “5 star view” and “Glimpse of heaven. We had to call customer service, our issues did get resolved. Susie from management did reach out and ensure we are satisfied customers. Overall we enjoyed our family trip and we will be returning.

""The Gathering Place"" water leakage in the basement bedroom and more...... 1. No BathTissues when we arrived 2. HotTub was outside and partially functioning 3. kitchen cookware was not clean, we washed again to use. 4. There was water leakage in one of the bedrooms located in the basement, this made the bed wet and was difficult for us to sleep almost 2 days. They have reached out to us and i have explained them about the issues we have faced and they mentioned that issues have been fixed and also mentioned their apologies.

We had some issues when we checked in but management took care of it for us. Maintenance was there in just a matter of few minutes.

Rented the Enchanted sunset for my birthday weekend. Cabin was clean and cozy . Bed was comfy. Hot tub worked and view was amazing
