We enjoyed everything about the cabin we would stay again

Stayed in Gatlinburg Heights during Thanksgiving week. The cabin was great, some minor blemishes but nothing major at all. There were 9 of us, we had plenty of room with space to spare. The location of the cabin is perfect for visits to both Gatlinburg center and Pigion Forge attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful cabin. Had a few issues but were corrected as soon as we called. Saw several bears getting to the cabin that thrilled our grandsons. They really enjoyed the arcade games. Reimbursed us because of problems with the indoor pool. Convient to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Would ask for same cabin again.

Great time spent there. Beautiful view. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We had a small problem with the oven but it was taken care of quickly the next day. Would recommend staying there. We will be coming back

we got cabin allmost paradise. It was a beautiful cabin. only thing it was not as clean as it should be. was supposed to be furnished with cookware. It was except not a frying pan anywhere to cook breakfast so had to go buy a frying pan. the pool table was in wrong place. was so tight against wall couldn't really play pool. enjoyed our stay though even though the fireplace in living room was not working.

I recently stayed here in the cabin "Remember When". I am certain this name for the cabin came about because if they were asked if they could 'Remember when" this cabin was cleaned, the answer would be a big NO!! There were ants crawling on the counter, none of the floors had been swept or moped, the rugs were badly stained and torn, blades on the ceiling fans were close to falling off, the hot tub was EXTREMELY NASTY, not to mention it had a horrible leak, the shower doors were tore up and had mold growing around every edge, none of the dishes had been washed and had mold growing in them, video games weren't all working, no remotes for the DVD player, front hand rail was about to fall off, blinds were broken and missing parts, oven was extremely worn out, big hole in the side of the fridge, cabinet door falling off the hinge, pull out bed broken to the point we had to prop it up with the couch cushions. not all fireplaces were working, only one heating unit to control a three story building, toilet not attached to the floor and every time you sat down it wobbled. And false advertising because it was on the web page that this cabin had ample parking. Maybe ample parking for very small smart cars but certainly not SUV's. Oh, and there was also some mystery stain on the ceiling. GROSS They did offer me a discount to help compensate for all that was wrong. I just want to make sure that no one else ever picks this cabin unless you don't mind staying in filth.

We have never stayed here before. We were just looking to get away for a few days. We got online and looked for a cabin that was pet friendly. We booked a one bedroom cabin that looked nice. Checked a lot of reviews and booked it. We loved it there. Your close enough to Gatlinburg but still far enough away that you have your privacy. We will stay here again in the future.
