Just like the pictures showed. The only problem I had is that their directions to our cabin was hard to follow. The number on the outside of the cabin was not the same number that the office was telling us to look for. So maybe a more up to date and accurate map for the cabin locations. Also we stayed for 6 nights and 7 days but they do not give you more toilet paper so make sure if you are going for more than 3 days you bring extra TP...:) But I will be booking with them again next year. Loved the cabin and the views from our 3 balconies!!!

We stayed at the legacy mansion nov 26-29 2018 for a family get together. The size of the cabin was great with 12 bedrooms and private baths for everyone. That is really the only plus about this cabin. It was not clean. Floors were not clean, there was dust and hair in corners and behind doors and there was Dirt on the window sills. The bedding did not even feel clean. The kitchen tables were old and scratched with a board that was split on one of the tables and old food and crumbs inside the grooves(yuck). As we walked out to the balcony and looked below there was trash and beer cans scattered about. It looked like people had just thrown their trash over the balcony and nobody ever cleaned it up. On one bed on the main floor someone carved there name on the wood frame. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The carpet on the steps and basement was old, dirty and worn out. One of the 2 stoves is missing a bottom rack . There were light bulbs out in several lights upon arrival but we were able to get those replaced. We were only there for 3 nights so we did not call to report our grievances as we didn't want to waste the little time we had on the phone complaining. But it's not like they would of come in and replaced furniture , mattresses and carpet in the 3 days we were there. I would not rent this property again unless it was totally renovated! Disappointed.

This is my 6th time staying with cabins of the smoky mountains and it didn't disappoint. Minor issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We will continue to rent with this company in the future. It is the one we trust.

Cabin was nice. We enjoyed it very much.

Love staying at these cabins. The staff is always so friendly. The cabins are clean and very comfortable. My favorite place to stay!!

The cabin was really nice. But we did have some issues. The lock on patio door was broken,fireplace in bedroom didnt work, remote to tv in bedroom wouldn't work,also the bathroom floor was dirty .But the people we booked the cabin through were really nice and friendly

Absolutely Beautiful! Great Customer Service! My one and only complaint is about the master bed - unfortunately is was very uncomfortable and we did not get a good night's sleep the entire week. However, the 101 other positives do outweigh the one negative and we would consider staying at the Cabins of the Smoky Mountains again, just in a different cabin.

*WARNING-DO NOT RENT FROM CABINS OF THE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS* NEVER AGAIN!!! We planned this once-in-a-lifetime family Thanksgiving get-away for months. We were promised: - A big, clean cabin - Clean hot tub - Functioning theater room - Functioning Wi-Fi - Functioning TV's Not only did we get NONE of the above, but the staff and management were entirely unresponsive (and condescending to boot!). We experienced: 1. The cabin was filthy (gum in shower, cigarette butts inside and outside, sleeper sofa stained, rugs in terrible condition, etc.) 2. A large leak in the dinner area. 3. Two family members experienced extreme allergic reaction after sitting in the hot tub (requiring cortisone gel). 4. No Wi-Fi and no TV for 5 days. 5. The Theater Room (a huge selling point) did not work. 6. Two of the bathrooms had shower doors that fell off. 7. Broken and loose tiles in the kitchen, causing a family member to fall. 8. There waa blood in the shower. Despite several complaints, only the leak was corrected. Also when asked to speak with someone higher than a manager two managers in two different occasions said they did not have a boss. I also said I would make a Yelp complaint and their response was do what you have to do we receive the complaints and it would not change anything. I have been coming to Tennessee for years and I all I have to say is that this experience has left me a really nasty taste in my mouth. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
