Phenomenal cabins and service. I’ve stayed with them multiple times and they’ve never disappointed. I cannot wait until next year to come back. If you’re on the fence and cannot decide, trust me and just do it.

Pet friendly, when they say they are they are, the cabin was beautiful, we had everything we needed plus. I could not have asked for a better greeting when we came in, the guy at the desk was busy, but he was very pleasant and informative about everything. I felt like the only person he had worked with that day, he was absolutely great.

The cabin was incredible. We had an issue with the furnace, but the staff promptly fixed it. Highly recommended!!!!

The wife and I visit every other year and have stayed in the same. Bain each time because it’s so perfect for us.

Little pricey but you get what you pay for. I felt it was worth every penny. Beautiful and everything worked as it should. I can’t wait for our next stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. It was clean and well maintained. We come every year and will certainly book with you again. I did leave my Columbia jacket at the cabin- but no one turned it into Lost and Found. Its my fault for forgetting it- but I really hoped the cleaners would have brought it to the office.

We stayed at Gatlinburg Falls Hidden Valley Resort Dec.6th-10th 2018. We stayed in Bear's Den and Bucket List. The cabins were spacious, but lacked cleanliness. In the Bucket List my mattress was filthy, and so was the overlay that was covering it. It looked like someone had urinated on three different portions of the mattress, and instead of the mattress and overlay being cleaned, it was left for the next guest to sleep on, (DISGUSTING)!!! There was hair in the sink, and on the sheets. The maintenance person (Andre) placed a work order along with the pictures of the nasty overlay and mattress on the 6th. I spoke to him again that night and he assured me that he put in the work order. He also checked out the cabin (Bear's Den) that my parents were staying in because the TV's upstairs did not work properly. Once again I was told that a work order would be put in about the TV's. In the meantime while we were out someone dropped off a bag full of sheets, but mentioned nothing of a new mattress. I actually had to flip the mattress over and line it with the extra sheets in order to get some sleep. No one came and addressed the issue with the mattress or even to bring a new one nor was the TV's fixed in Bear's Den. Even upon check out there was not a discount offered or any mention of the issues. My family and I traveled from Florida to vacation at this Resort, and as a Travel Agent I would never recommend this Resort to anyone. There was too much money spent for the cabins by my family for both of them to not be in working order with everything. We enjoyed Gatlinburg, but I will NEVER use this Resort!!! Typical of most cabin experiences. Cabin itself was priced well, but the extra fees tacked on are excessive, compared to others we've stayed in. Hot tub never worked, but they did credit a small portion back to us. Customer service reps were very friendly.
