The price was very good. It took a long time for delivery. After it finally arrived, packaging was very good. The instructions shouldn't have even been included. They were worthless. No help at all. You actually had to remove pieces to put it together. One piece was very warped but able to assemble. All in all cabinet is of good quality.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets having never done a whole kitchen remodel before. I used their design service and found them to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They came up with good solid recommendations when I had any problem and also provided accurate confirmation on measurements - if and how they would fit in the areas I had in question. The only improvement I would like to see is the inclusion of better assembly instructions. You only get a series of picture diagrams with no written instructions to address assembly in more detail. Normally just having a picture diagram will do the trick, but for some of the more complicated pieces such a corner cabinets and lazy Susan's with revolving shelves it would have been nice to have better detailed written instructions or at least more diagrams broken down. We managed without too much difficulty. The prices are very fair. The materials are very good and shipping/delivery is well done. Our order was complete and delivered on time. I would highly recommend Cabinetgiant.

Product very good. My sales person/designer was amazing! Never lost patients. Took every phone call ( and there were many. my one complaint was we thought cabinets were soft close. Very satisfied. Again...thank you donna!

This is my second kitchen with Cabinet Giant. My handyman can't stop talking about how great the cabinets are. Solid wood, soft close and EASY to assemble! The designers were great to work with, especially Alice! Thanks for making something that could have been a royal pain such an enjoyable experience. Can't say enough good things.

We rehab houses and buy a lot of cabinets. This was my first experience buying from these guys. I am really happy with how I was treated and the cabinets look and function like very expensive cabinets. I ran into a couple of problems and they handled each situation quickly and were very customer oriented. They designed the initial layout and were there when we needed to make minor adjustments. I will definitely give them all of my business. I have recommended them to other real estate investor friends.

We bought absolutely beautiful, high quality cabinets at a very good price. We are absolutely thrilled with their customer service as well. They even replaced a drawer front which my husband had scratched at no cost to us. Our experience with Cabinet Giant has been completely positive from start to finish. I accidentally found the Cabinet Giant Website just before we were trying to decide if we were going to remodel our kitchen. I quickly did a rough sketch of the new layout and priced it online. We decided, based on the price I came up with, to start immediately. I didn't even order a sample door! The photos online were very accurate. The cabinets arrived within a week. They were easy to assemble with a beautiful glazed finish. Our kitchen turned out great! We couldn't be more pleased!

I just received my second order of cabinets from Cabinet Giant. They were shipped quickly, and no damage to any of them. I must admit I was a little hesitant to order my kitchen online. After receiving my first order, and seeing the quality, I decided to add another wall of cabinets. Donna and Alice were very helpful on that. I compared my kitchen from Cabinet Giant to a big box store and found a 40-50% savings. Enough for me to have granite countertops!!! When its all done I will post pictures. Cabinet Giant's prices allowed me to have my kitchen now, instead of later. THANKS!!
