CabinetgiantReviews of cabinetgiant.com

We just bought a full kitchen replacement of cabinets from cabinet giant. While the instructions were lacking, the quality of the cabinets was so much better than even the best custom cabinets at home depot or lowes, I was floored! Really, compare the Brindleton Maple cabinets with soft close drawers and high quality plywood boxes with even the $300/linear sq ft cabinets from Lowe's. Brindleton Maple is about $85/linear sq ft and they beat the best that Lowe's or Home Depot has to offer!!! We ordered based on the cabinets available on the site, assuming they would arrive quickly. We were emailed shortly after ordering from the company letting us know that a couple of base cabinets were actually out of stock and that they could be upgraded to base cabinets with drawers at no cost to get them sooner. The cabinets showed up in a week and weren't too difficult to put together after a check of the instructions from the main website. Nothing was damaged in shipping. The quality was beyond our best expectations and we could not be happier!

Lets be honest, I needed cheap cabinets for a rental property. You get what you pay for but overall I'm not disappointed. The cabinets I ordered came quicker than I thought, which made the place to pick up the cabinets (shipping dock) mad at me because I had no where to put them and I waited awhile. My main issue is the directions. Really?! Directions is not even the word to describe what came with these things. It was RIDICULOUS! It was one sheet with about 8 kids pictures on it showing the steps. A bag a screws that also came with it left you wondering where in the heck each screw goes. It was a frustrating process that I'm still unsure if I got it right because I did have some extra screws. Overall the quality is sufficient but did suffer from some miss drilled holes and warped wood. I may order these again for a future rental, but only because I've put these together before. I'm not sure I would recommend to anyone that is going to tackle this themselves. You should seriously consider hiring help.

I was very pleased with the quickness of the delivery and the discount pricing I received as a repeat costumer. the quality of the cabinets was also good for being RTA cabinets

I did received 2 damaged cabinets. I'm sure the damage occurred during shipping. I am waiting on the replacements now.

While the assembly was not overly complicated, the 5-10 minute window per cabinet was not atainable. Instructions with greater detail would have been helpful on the more complicated units (LS and Large Pantry). No Issues beyond those two units.

I was a bit leary ordering RTA cabinets..but they were for our master bath. i am already over budget (surprise) and needed to trim some costs. They went together perfectly and the quality is better than our kitchen cabinets we bought at a big box store. ..overall very happy and would highly recommend.

Was disappointed to find out the cabinet order I had placed online 2 days prior, had two cabinets which were out of stock. It would have been nice to know this faster so I could adjust. I also sent measurements for help from your kitchen designers and it took almost a week to get the design. If speed is your concern with 3-5 day lead times, your designers need to work faster.

Waited about four weeks for the delivery of the cabinets, the truck driver showed us what was supposed to be packaged cabinets-some boxes were open and damaged with several pieces of what used to be cabinet parts. We refused the delivery as we were not going to spend time shifting through boxes to try and see what was salvageable. Cabinet giant has told us that there will be another delivery in about a week being dropped shipped directly to us. Hopefully we will have a better experience then, we shall see. We cannot wait another four weeks to get these cabinets.
