Im telling everyone about cabinet giant that i love. Didn't want the junk that home improvement stores had. I love my cabinets! Shipping for even the special order items were at my place several weeks before the expected delivery date. CG couldn't have did better. They are very mindful about ever step from shipment, to ease of assembly, to quality, communication and delivery. The cabinets were so well packaged that there couldn't be any damage. When emailed cabinet giant with a question, they responded right away. The whole experience was wonderful. Don't be afraid to order cabinets online from CG. They have thought about everything that there could be a concern about and make sure everything arrives in great condition. The only reason that gave four stars was because there was one bracket missing, but I'm sure if i let CG know, they would have sent it to me. The cabinets are really easy to put together as promised. Wholesale cost for solid wood, finished on the inside, and soft close cabinet and drawer doors Will order from CG again

Damaged Cabinets I had to pay for replacements .

The Design Team was extremely accommodating to any changes requested by my customer. Shipping was prompt and accurate. We had a few items damaged in shipping but those were exchanged immediately without any issues.

I've built 10+ kitchens with their products. Hands down the best "bang for the buck" in cabinets I have found. I am a General Contractor have tried em all... from cheap big box store brand to all out custom built.. and for the money cabinet giant has the belt. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that in last year or so their communication has been poor. I will send an email and never get a response ..but they DO address the issue every time. Parts / replacements just show up. They obviously get my emails I just dont get confirmation. I am about to make another large order.

The cabinets purchased exceeded my expectation in quality and appearance. The instructions accompanying the product were disappointing as it seems the makers are not trying to make it easier on inexperienced DIY'ers who find there way to their website. A very small effort should be able to fix this issue.

Very good quality. Not bad to asseble, but easier with 2 people. Customer service is Excellent.
