I have been buying from Cabinet Giant for over 12 years. As a construction company, we look for the best quality for our customers. It has been a couple of years since our last order. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the entire process. I had to wait for a response when I called customer service, all orders now go through Shop to pay and it is not clear regarding shipping costs, there was no way to track the process of my order without calling or sending a chat (for which I had to wait for a response. No live person available.), and when we received our order, it was all on one oversized, cheaply made, pallet which broke as it was taken out of the delivery truck. I have never been disappointed with an order from Cabinet Giant until this one. The cabinets are quality but the customer service availability and the way our order was stacked on the pallet was disappointing. I will order from Cabinet Giant in the future.

Easy to assemble (except one!), and the fronts look good, very smooth finish. But! Took a month to get them delivered. One drawer front damaged. The three-drawer base cabinet had no instructions for assembling the drawer slides, and it's NOT intuitive. A little flimsy in some places: The vanity base floors are very thin, and I wonder if they'll hold after-market slide outs. The walls of the cabinets are quite thin. The corner supports have very little to screw into.

The buy process was easy and the cabinets were great. However, picking the cabinets was horrible. After checking in and going where I was assigned I waited 30 mins and no one ever showed up. I had to go find someone and then it took another 30mins before my cabinets were loaded up.

We have been using cabinet giant for years and until the last 2 orders we very pleased with communication and product and time lines but the last 2 orders we made have been terrible and very poor communication and waiting forever for a product that said 2-3 weeks to get delivered. I’m frustrated to say the least.

Several years ago when I purchased my cabinet I loved this cabinet! Quick in receiving the product, Great Product and Customer Service was very high. Recently I have inquired about several questions I had and to no prevail have gotten a reply! Sorry about this review, but my trust in your business has gone down. Have a Blessed Day!

I would love to have given them all the stars. However several pieces arrived damaged. I emailed customer service with no response. The cabinets however are beautiful, other than the few dings (most likely from shipping, several boxes were damaged. The problems I had were a busted front frame, the spacer piece was scuffed and scratched, and I was missing two brackets. The deliverer didn’t bother to knock or notify us of the delivery, so thank goodness it wasn’t raining.

Cabinets are nice. The only down side is that the corner cabinet, can be put together 4 different ways. There were no directions for this cabinet anywhere to be found, including the website. They have a video showing one type of fastener. but my cabinets just had screws and brackets. The only reason for the 3 stars is I fitted together the corner cabinet 4 different times, and bent up the hardware. I emailed and called the company, and there were no responses. They quit taking testimonials on their site if I remember correctly in 2013. Nice cabinets, but company was not responsive after several attempts to contact them via email and phone.

Ordered a full set of RTA Shaker cabinets. Support was good before purchase. Once I had paid, with Paypal as they don't accept direct credit cards, the communication was not good. Delivery took much longer than expected and when they finally showed up, 3 pieces were damaged, and 2 pieces were missing. They were ok with sending replacements but it took over 3 weeks, which held up our kitchen reno. Again not much communication as far as when to expect delivery. Once the pieces finally got here, the pantry side had the wrong holes drilled, so the holes don't match up making the shelves lopsided. When I sent photos and told them, I got no reply. The paint chips pretty easily, but the cabinets look nice once installed. The soft close works well. Prices are an A, quality is B, service about a C, Satisfaction about a D. Overall about a C+.
