Nice cabinets, decent construction, nice finish but extremely thin finish coat. Slight scuff from assembling on cardboard on their face. Unfortunately- will need to touch these up. Good customer service via phone. We'd order again.

This wan't my first Kitchen, but it was definatly my favorite. Being from Canada I had concerns about delivery..timing but the only delay was on myself. For me to buy at my local IKEA @ 100 miles away the delivery would have been double then it was to ship from Kansas. The quality from Cabinet Giant was also much better. My Son's kitchen is in the spring ... Already getting the order ready with Cabinet Giant. Thanks From Canada!

When I found out this company was local, in Kansas City, I was thrilled! Drove over to look at their showroom and saw the quality. Needed cabinets in a hurry, had pictures of our old kitchen with me, a computer savvy young girl looked at them and designed a new set for me right there and then. This in itself would have taken me forever and probably someone else at Home Depot too! She sent the order to the warehouse, I drove around the corner and the staff loaded them in my car, approximately 17 of them. Brought them home, my husband assembled them and installed them that weekend! They look fabulous. Didn't break the bank either! Love this place

Unique look. I was a little worried because they had to be assembled, but they are very solid cabinets. Be aware there are no backs on the cabinets.

Commutation could use improvement. Many sites give you updates on the progress of your orders. There site just tells you it's in progress for weeks , then it's shipped and that's all. Nothing like it's being pulled, sent to shipping , waiting for trucker to pick-up, picked up and delivery should be in 4 days. Maybe even tracking while on truck, something like what UPS and Fed X does would be a great improvement and helpful to customers prepare for unloading and schedules for installing. I will purchase again from Cabinet Giant even without this.

The finish on the cabinets is very good, but the assembly not so much. They snap together with mating brackets. They do not align well. You need to remove one half of the bracket, put the two pieces of the cabinet together, then re-attach the one half of the bracket. If you did not take your time and remove and re attach brackets, they would be crappy cabinets. -Sand Stone Rope cabinets

We are so glad we found cabinetgiant! After researching cabinet companies and big box stores, the average price was around $18,000 for cabinets and countertops. Then we found cabinetgient, I sent in a layout of our kitchen and Alice had our dream design done up by end of day as well as a price which was significantly lower than all my quotes (about 1/4). It took about 3 weeks to get the cabinets in whereas they were custom order only. They arrived with little damage and the damage that was done was replaced by cabinetgiant immediately upon me sending them pictures. Noah was very easy to work with and kept us up to date on all shipping. The cabinets were easy to put together and the soft close drawers are amazing! We are very happy with everything and cannot wait to post pictures of the final product. All we have left to do is the tile backsplash and then our DIY kitchen renovation will be over! Thank you to everyone at cabinetgiant for making our dream of a nice renovated kitchen come true!

Over 2 year period replaced all cabinets and pantry in our retirement home. Was able to purchase as needed and quality was outstanding. Service department was very responsive to needs and questions. 5 Star organization.
