Ive use ld u sever times this last job was my sisters home lot of cab were dinged up most i could hide 1 i coullnt and u replaced not ur fault im sure the damage hsppened in shipping to maine bur usind a neglagent carrier or the pallets are loaded badly

The time it takes to ship out an order has gotten progressively worse. Shipment notification is no longer sent out leaving customer to have to wonder what is going on.

Products are great, but I’ve attempted to contact customer service five times by phone call and email and I’ve never received a call or an email back.

This is my second time using cabinet giant. The first time was seamless, this second time has been a nightmare. Almost every single one of my cabinets I ordered have had some kind of damage to them. I took pictures and documented everything. I have tried reaching out the company multiple times with zero replies about my issues. Overall, the cabinets look nice but there are a ton of cosmetic flaws that should not be there with buying brand new cabinets!! Half the directions were missing or we were given the wrong directions and we had to YouTube how to assemble a few cabinets. Some holes didn’t line up and my husband had to realign and re-drill new holes. I am beyond frustrated with the company and will definitely not be recommending them like I was based off of our first experience.

Our customer had purchased your product for her renovations, customer had water damage so we ordered the same cabinet from you, You shipped first cabinet and upon opening box the cabinet is garbage, scratched, miters broken, cabinet cracked, chipped wood then we ordered a second cabinet paid another $60 for customs and same issues, second cabinet garbage, then you sent a third cabinet same issues so we managed to assemble a complete cabinet from three remaining parts are in storage! we would not recommend this product.

Poor experience. The cabinets failed to arrive on the dates we were told to expect them multiple times. Each time we were told that they ran out of room on the truck and our order was left behind. When they finally did arrive several of the cabinets and trim boards we purchased were missing. We spent another 4-5 weeks being told "it's coming in on next week's truck" only to have the cabinets fail to show up. All in all it took several months before everything finally showed up. Every week we had to try and calm down a client growing increasingly frustrated over stalled work on their kitchen remodel because Cabinet Giant couldn't get their act together, compounded by the fact that the information from Cabinet Giant were were passing on was repeatedly wrong. Both we and our clients were essentially lied to every week by Cabinet Giant about what was actually going on. I can't begin to tell you how many times the staff told us they had verified our order was on the truck only to have it be not true. Shameful!

We started the process with our builder who advised to go through Cabinet Giant. He had great experience with them and good quality cabinets. We were not sure about the color of the cabinet and ordered the sample door. It came fast and looked great. Decided to order the cabinets for our kitchen and butlers pantry. Over $15,000 worth of cabinets. However, we sent in our measurements and after calling multiple times and emailing, over two weeks went by. We were at crunch time and could not wait any longer. We never got a quote, just broken promises that they would get back with us. We ended up going with another company.

We decided to replace our kitchen and bathroom cabinets instead of re-facing them. We decided to use Cabinet Giant. The quality is actually quite nice but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I have contacted them via telephone more than 5 times and sent 3 emails over the course of 5 months and have yet to receive a response. Also when placing a second order, we were given no help from customer service and found a coupon code on line ourselves. I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone!
