We purchased all of our cabinets from Cabinet Giant. They had a great selection of styles and color. The customer care representative was kind and extremely helpful in the process!! We had a damaged cabinet upon delivery, after calling a new one was shipped causing no bumps in our renovation!! They were great!! Every step of the way was easy. We now have a beautiful kitchen and we're currently waiting for our beautiful kitchen to be submitted for the contest! We thank you Cabinet Giant!

Alice is Awesome!
I have had good experiences with Cabinet Giant. I've also hit some speedbumps over the years too. But, Alice's dedication, knowledge, and professionalism have kept me coming back again, and again, and again. A company, especially a faceless internet company, can be the best company in the world. But, without cornerstone employees like Alice, it will just come and go. You have a treasure. Hold on to it.

Great customer service!
We worked with Donna at Cabinet Giant and she was great. The prices were awesome and Donna made any change and always emailed me within a few hours whenever I had questions. We have all our cabinets now but we haven't opened them yet because we aren't ready to install them until mid-December. Donna assured me we could call her with any issues. I did my homework before I purchased any cabinets and Cabinetgiant had the best prices and when I saw the A+ rating on Better Business Bureau I knew this was the place I wanted to buy my cabinets. I got the kitchen of my dreams for 1/2 the price. I am very impressed with the customer service at Cabinetgiant!

nice cabinets not sure on those cam set up there made out of plastic.
guess time will tell if they hold up as well as there metal ones.

The plastic cams are SOLID. We initially have all had our doubts about them, but time has proven them to not only be one of the fastest methods to lock your cabinets together, but they are very strong.
Please let us know if you come up with some kind of different conclusion.

your cabinets suck
really................assemble yourself cabinets with instructions that are incomplete and unreadable. Cheap parts, and extra parts, and bad worksmanship. I will never,ever, ever recomend your compay to another person. Besides having cheap knockoffs that are impossible to assemble, you dont even have any customer service ethics.
You give a customer 45 days from purchase to return items that cost a fortune to ship out and impossible to return.
Your company is more of a headache than an unscrupulous contractor. Your product makes cabinets from Ikeas look like a trip to Disneyland. I will spread far and wide the experience I had with this company. You dont even rate one star.

We're really sorry to hear you had a bad experience.
Our site has great assembly instructions, and many of our customers (many that have rated us right here actually) have found those instructions to make the assembly process a snap. We're not sure what you think our cabinets are knocking off, we've designed everything about them from the ground up. Return shipping can be expensive, you're right about that. That's actually why we offer things like our free design help, in an effort to make sure you're getting the correct parts that you need, reducing the risk of having to return something to us. That's also why we encourage you to get a sample door of the cabinets you're interested in.
We actually pick up a lot of customers who have previously used Ikea for cabinets, and they by and large all think our product is infinitely easier to assemble, and because we're using an all-wood box, the quality improvements speak for themselves over Ikea's design.
Our records show that you asked for info on returning the cabinets, and we promptly supplied you with it. We wish you would have shot us a phone call or something before leaving this review. We like happy customers, and try our best to get everyone into the happy side of the spectrum.
Anyways, We hope you have better luck in life and with regards to cabinetry from this point forward.

Very happy with the Shakertown Gold cabinets
It's a lot of work to put them together but they look great. Cabinet Giant was very responsive when I had questions. They also quickly reshipped some pieces for which there were problems. I was very happy with there professionalism and service.
The cabinets are pretty easy to put together -- just time consuming. Definitely check the site for more extensive directions than what comes in the box. The ones in the box were not useful to me. The directions for extra things like end pieces, mouldings, and the microwave box were not in the box at all. That said, CG did provide great phone assistance when I called.

Great cabinets, great price
I live local in KC so I met with the designer in their office and could look at sample cabinets. Great selection and the quality was very nice. The price much lower then the big box stores and quality much better. Assembling them was like putting together a puzzle, but we did just fine.
Would highly recommend
