CabinetgiantReviews of cabinetgiant.com

Maybe it will be a good idea to have some small (paper) samples looking exactly like the material of the sample doors you mail to customers.

We got our cabinets here just two weeks ago and we are very pleased with quality of our cabinets. And saved alot of money.

We found the cabinets to be of good quality. Unfortunately, when we received the cabinet there was quite a bit of damage. The search engine on the website doesn't work well. I've had to submit a few questions and when you call them they tell you to that you need to submit any questions/concerns via e-mail. Immediately received an e-mail back with a ticket number with a link to check the status of your question, but the link doesn't work. It takes you to every ticket submitted and I couldn't even find my ticket number. I've had 2 tickets out there for 3 days and still no response. I returned sample cabinet doors more then 3 weeks ago and still no credit has been issued. I've got an order sitting out there that says "pickup at warehouse" that is supposed to be shipped to us. Our bathroom projects is fairly small. Not sure I would want to work with them on a larger project.

Everyone I had contact with at CabinetGiant.com was courteous, helpful and competent. Nathan, Alice and Donna all assisted me. However, Nathan was there throughout my order, pick up and my own miscalculation of how much crown molding I needed. He stepped in and took care of it immediately and my cabinets look great. They were generous with a refund for a piece that was slightly damaged during shipping and didn't even ask me to show proof of the damage that was the shipping companies fault, not theirs. The cabinets were at my delivery pick up point within a week!! I would highly recommend them for price and service.

THE DESK TOP DID NOT MATCH THE CABINETS ON BOTH SIDES OF IT.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the service received from Cabinet Giant. The cabinet I ordered arrived in less time than expected and the quality & price were very good however, the assembly instructions were terrible.

The cabinets are great, however the instructions are the worst I've ever seen. Every cabinet seemed to have a different pack of hardware even if the cabinet was the same as the previous one. Then there are 4-5 different screw sizes and the instructions don't tell you what screws to use in different areas. If you choose wrong it will be weak or you will have screws going right through the finished sides of the cabinets. In some cases you have no choice. They also don't show you how to assemble the drawer slides, the instructions are basically showing you how to put four sides together that's it. Also half the cabinets in my set had numerous brackets that needed to be removed and placed in the proper place because they didn't line up, they also had many male brackets that were put on backwards. I like the cabinets, but the lack of attention to detail and care in making sure customers had adequate directions and hardware will make me think twice about ordering from them again. Oh and if you email them for help they will give you a link to a series of videos that will show you how to put them together, with horrible camera operation, no close ups of what they are doing, and no explanation of what screws to use. Overall not good. It wouldn't be that hard to make instructions that are legible, have the proper hardware in ever box, and explain what size should be used in every application. I think their customers have paid enough money for their cabinets to afford to print real and accurat instructions for every cabinet. The pictures used on the current instructions look like those drawn by a child, very unprofessional.

I went with you people because you advertised full cabinets made with American wood - thus communicating an American product. I was shocked and disgusted to find these are all Chinese products and they are not cabinets, they are kits. As it turns out, I could have done better locally at IKEA. Your service is good, but the product is not what you make it out to be - and it wan't all that well put together. One set of doors was incorrectly installed on a wall cabinet kit, and one corner wall cabinet had to be totally reassembled with a lot of bracing, because it fell apart during installation. I wish you had your level of service, but with a better quality product and more integrity in your presentation. The cabinets do look good when installed.
