I love my cabinets. Awesome customer support and they respond to emails and phone messages promptly. So glad I went with Cabinet Giant!!! I'm happy they have a very expensive look and feel but were reasonably priced. I do wish the glass doors came with glass! I had no idea but they are still beautiful. Now I must find glass to fit.

The quality of the cabinets was fairly good. I had some minor issues with evenness of finish and the screws that hold the slotted brackets were not as solid as I would have hoped for. But considering the price I think the cabinets are an extraordinary value. The service we received from Donna was excellent. She was detailed and prompt in responding to our emails. One thing I would like to see improve is the quality of the instructions. There appeared to be a couple of included generic brief instructions for all of the various cabinets. For most of the cabinets it was very easy but for non-standard cabinets, like a corner sink cabinet, it was somewhat tricky to figure out. I also think it would have been nice to have received some sort of guidelines or instructions on how to approach the entire project, not just individual cabinets. I had to spend a fair amount of time tracking down installation specifics. Because of this I don't think I would recommend the cabinets to someone who doesn't have some degree of construction or building experience. But if you don't mind some tinkering you can save a lot of money and have a beautiful kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from cabinetgiant.com again.

CG has high quality products at low prices! Donna (service representative) helped me from the beginning to the end with her professionalism, patience and knowledge. In cabinets, CG are my first choice. Highly recommended! I LOVE IT!!!!

Shopping for cabinets online, sure. Buy actually purchasing them, that had me a little edgy. They were highly rated with the Better Business Bureau. I called and talked with several people that work there, and all of them were helpful. They even designed my kitchen for me for free in one day, then emailed me an invoice that I could pay for at my convenience. The prices I found at Cabinet Giant were so much lower than anything I decided it was worth the risk. That all happened about 2 months ago, and after having assembled the cabinets (I'm no expert or anything, but) I can say they are built well. The contractor I hired for the install was impressed with the cabinets too. Everyone who has seen my new kitchen makes a point to ask if my cabinets are custom, and even though it's technically not true, I feel like they're better than most of the "custom" cabinets I've seen.
