CabinetgiantReviews of cabinetgiant.com

After researching and pricing cabinets for my kitchen remodel at a couple home improvement stores, I searched the internet and found Cabinet Giant. Cabinet Giant offered a better quality, all wood cabinet compared to particle board cabinets at the big box stores. I was also able to save a significant amount of money as well! The cabinets were easy to assemble and install. One cabinet was missing a piece and after I sent an email to their customer service, CabinetGiant sent me a replacement cabinet in a few days! Definitely would recommend them for your cabinet needs!

We bought the Sienna Rope cabinets for our kitchen and they look fantastic! You cannot beat the quality for the price and they are solid wood! We will be back next year when we remodel our master bath. Plus, our sales rep, Donna, was incredibly helpful.

Awesome... better quality than I thought and go together very well.

cabinets fit together very well, and were easy enough to put together, but I have much experience, assembly instruction were not detailed enough. no installation instructions were included with the roll out drawers, I had to find a video on you tube. Also had a lot of screws in the parts boxes for the cabinets, but no idea which ones to use where. Good quality and well worth the price. A few boxes were damaged from the shipping company and the cabinets were replaced quickly and with no problems.

I was nervous, but shouldn't have been. The products are priced right, packaged beautifully, put together easily (rather enjoyed doing so) and look great. These are going into a rental apartment and have generated allot of interest from other landlords in the area.

The quality of the cabinets and hardware was excellent. I only had a few issues where the cabinets didn't fit together properly due to warping, but it was very minor and only the installer (that's me) would notice. The order went very smooth and the delivery was fast coming from half way across the country. There wasn't any damage and every piece arrived as ordered. They seemed very well packaged and the finish was applied well. Overall I'm very impressed with the price for the quality. The only reason I give them four stars is the instructions were worthless. They were obviously drawn in China (no English) and had little to no detail on how to actually put the cabinets together. The cabinets I ordered had soft close drawers with a fairly complicated assembly and came without ANY instructions. The only reason I didn't have any issues is the fact that I've assembled hundreds of cabinets from different manufactures and could figure it out with enough time. I tried visiting the website tutorials, but they only had one video that was out of date. They had since switched to a different bracket assembly and eliminated the cam locks. If they could provide quality assembly instructions I would give them five stars in a heartbeat. The only other improvement would be if they could provide a small bottle of matching stain so the few areas of bare wood (cut and exposed ends of toe kicks or scribe molding ect.) could be stained to match.

Quality is acceptable, looks pretty. Everything made in China

Although the materials used are of high quality, the craftsmanship is subpar. The finish on many sections of my cabinets, not just "unseen" or "rarely seen" sections were lightly coated on the finish. Also, for the cost of the product, you would assume the hardware would be of high quality. The fasteners, I.E. The screws, are cheaply mfg'rd...one head on the screw for one of my door hinges has snapped. Threaded side is now lodged in the face of cabinet, with no way to retrieve, replace or remount; errrr. Other than that, good value
