Excellent products and purchase experience. I had a broken door on one unit. When I called there was no question and a replacement door was shipped that day. I ordered two complete kitchens and would use them again if I needed more cabinets. Good company and great customer service experience with those I talked with over the phone.

I purchased part of my cabinets from another online company (Kitchens on Clearance). Nothing but issues and damaged products. Rather than fight to prove their forklift went through the boxes damaged the doors, I looked to see if I could find a company that had the exact same cabinets. I found Cabinetgiant and they were an entire different experience. Their customer service was excellent which was a plus to me. Their shipping was 1/2 of what the other company charged and the products were even cheaper! They also shipped quicker. I will definitely come back to this company for future projects!

We ordered 4 cabinets and a wine rack of the Brindleton Maple . We loved the color but on the whole were disappointed with the quality.We had to reorder the front piece of the wine rack because of poor stain coverage and the second was not any better so we touched it up the best we could with the touch up kit they sent free of charge at our request. The sides of the base cabinets were scratched and poorly stained. Three sides would not show so we asked for one side panel. It was worse than the others. Again we touched up the best panel. We reordered 3 doors and two of them were in good condition but the 3rd one was the wrong size, so again we touched up. The bottom of the wine rack had orange cam locks which stood out like a sore thumb( the others were all tan).In order to hide them I had to build a bottom out of the extra side panel we were sent, and didn't use because of the quality, and cut a piece out of the door that was the wrong size in order to have a finished look. You need to know more than how to use a screwdriver to assemble these cabinets if everything is not perfect-which it probably won't be. The response from customer service was excellent-it's too bad that the product from GFI wasn't better.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, LOW PRICE, TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE

Although I'm not entirely sure that the cabinets were really a super bargain given that they are discontinued/close-out items. I actually paid more for the order than the original set that I had bought from a local distributor and got far fewer cabinets. That said, they all arrived as expected and very quickly. I was glad to find them so that I could complete the expansion, so I guess considering no one else had them, the not-so-bargain price was worth it.

I know how surveys work and don't agree with how they are taken advantage of. While I'm very happy with Cabinet Giant (2nd time buyer), I do wish the instructions that came with the product were more detailed as well as identifying which screws go where. I also think there should be extra hardware (some are missing a piece here and there). Some of the screws that are already screwed in are also likely done by non-skilled workers as some are stripped out. On the service side, Donna is great, very quick at responding, and very helpful with questions. Shipping was fast and I experienced ZERO damaged product.

The cabinets we purchased are of a good strong quality. We did run into one problem our contractor who Purchased and measured the cabinets and of course measured incorrectly. Which then then had us ordering on our own ( insurance). Well the order had the wrong color cabinet gaint fault they sent the right cabinet out and and UPS pick up the wrong one. I just wished the man I spoke to was trained in customer service the way everyone else was. I was upset because nothing was going right and now this he did not care, however when I spoke with the woman that took my order she was amazing and so was everyone else at Cabinet Gaint but the man I spoke to in the return area. This is why they only get a 4 I would love to give a 5 but he cost cabinet gaint a star. The coupon code one retail me not works FYI. Our cabinets are in thanks to my husband and no matter a contractor says please use the free design service I am going to with my bathroom! And I am using cabinet gaint.

I purchased several wall and base cabinets and a wine rack. The wine rack was an issue to put together and I really had to modify it to work. The wall cabinets were fine, however all the 30 inch bases cabinets had a problem with the bottom panel moving out of the front attachment groove when they were anchored to the wall. In essence,you can not put anything in the cabinets as it has no support structure. I will remedy this but I should not have to. The cabinet panels do look good.
