CabinetgiantReviews of cabinetgiant.com

Bought a whole kitchen full of cabinets for a home I'm Flipping... I couldn't believe the quality and ease of assembly! The biggest comment we have from buyers is how impressed they are with the kitchen. I bought initially because of the price.... I will buy again because of the quality! I've already shown them to two other builders and they're ordering too...

The door arrived quickly and I am so happy to report that they are a perfect match to the cabinets previously installed by a cabinet company that have since gone out of business. We have had a wall removed and would like to add a peninsula but could not previously find cabinets to match our existing ones. My difficulty is that I work and cannot seem to make contact with the design team due to their hours to determine everything I will need to complete this. I will still try to attempt this since I have finally found a match.

The entire experience was incredible. The designers were excellent. The ordering painless. Quick delivery. Great Product. I highly recommend the Cabinet Giant.

I purchased the Signature Pearl Cabinets and they are absolutely gorgeous! The quality is very good, my cabinet installer agreed. They were easy to assemble, mostly by intuition, since directions are just drawings. We received our cabinets on two pallets, and the delivery driver was able to get them up the driveway with the help of my husband, right into the garage. The customer service from Cabinet Giant was excellent; Nathan was able to correct a mistake I made in ordering before the cabinets shipped, and over all, I am very pleased and would recommend Cabinet Giant without reservation.

Quality of cabinets where great. Received as promised. Missed a couple of pieces. Called and reported , Received missing items in a couple of days. Customer service was excellent, They made every effort to correct the error in a very timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I am so very Happy with my cabinets......they are better than l had anticipated . They more than met my expectations , they are solid well constructed no one can beat your pricing! I am working with my daughter in law right now on a renovation for their home . We will be contacting you for her kitchen design! I would reccomend your products to anyone! It takes a leap of faith to order off the computer but it was well worth it! Thank you !

I bought the pepper shaker vanity. It has 2 drawers (self-closing) on the left and one door; is 34.5" tall. This is actually a much nicer vanity than I thought it was going to be. You have to put it together yourself so I expected the same quality that I have had on other "put it together yourself" purchases and that is not what I got. Very pleasantly surprised.

It’s always scary to order from an online company when you don’t know what to expect. I can’t say I had a good or a bad experience with this company. The cabinets are very pretty, but not as described. Be careful if you have a lower budget and are looking at the lower models, as the instructions they post are not the same and we had to remount many of the pieces because predrilled holes and brackets were out of line. We ordered 29 cabinets, and all of them had imperfections, either scratches or nicks and even some rips. Many of them were on the side or inside where they would not be seen, but there are a few on the outside. Even with the ones on the inside, I expected 100% quality. They did quickly replace one piece of a cabinet and also one cabinet that was completely damaged, so I can't complain about that, but I still have brand new cabinets with nicks and scratches. Most of that I believe is due to the way they package and ship, with a very small straps that broke. Many of the boxes were broken. Also, be careful if you order cabinets from the closeout section. We ordered our bathroom cabinets from the closeout section, and they had scratches on the front and an unmatching wall cabinet with the same name and description, and now we have to live with this. Their communication was mostly good and the (other, non-clearance) cabinets really are pretty (despite the scratches) and are sturdy.
