CabinetgiantReviews of cabinetgiant.com

I had a great experience at Cabinet giants except they didn't have a sink base to fit my needs,I needed a 42 or 48" sink base. Alice Hahn was great to work with but ultimately I would have had to use a different sink base, si I looking else where. Each Kitchen I planned lacked availability in some sizes as well.

The selection and prices at Cabinet Giant is why I initially chose to purchase my cabinets here. The outstanding personalized service and support that they provided through the process is the reason why I highly recommend Cabinet Giant. You can't get this quality of product for this price at the local big box store, but face it, shopping online can be scary. Rest assured, they were right there through the process, keeping us up to date on the shipping process and answering any questions or concerns promptly. It's the type of service that you would receive from a local mom and pop store with prices and quality that can't be beat. If you are looking for Kitchen or Bath cabinets, this is the place!

I had a friend use this company and saw mostly good reviews but in the end I would NOT use them again. Savings not worth it. Working with the designer was easy. Donna was good but missed a couple of things and could have provided more detail on the impact and placements of fillers given the Signature Pearl cabinets have a raised face. Customer Service was good but should not have needed them as much as I did. The video's they show do not really explain how to put the cabinets together. Cost me two extra days of labor to deal with putting them together from the contractor. I could have had them pre-built by another supplier of the same cabinets which would have ensure that everything was good, see comment later, about number of replacement parts needed, which would have added about 30% to the cost. Also the hinges they use to hang the doors are not the best – hard to set up. I needed 50% of the molding replaced because they shipped un-protected and the finished was ruined in the shipping. I need three cabinet front replaced, 2 or 3 doors, a whole side of the one pantry (the paint was chipped and split), and 3 drawer faces. If I had not been adding fake doors to the island I would have also needed a couple side panels replaced. Also had to make sure based on the different flaws in some of the wall units (3 of the same wall unit) to hang them to hid the defect in two of their frames and sides. This put my project back about a week. Customer service reacted quickly but needed to go to mfg so needed to wait for approvals to ship replacement parts. One of the frames sent was the wrong shade of compared to other cabinets of the same color. They sent me a touch up kit for each color cabinet I had to cover up many of the minor flaws that did not warrant full replacement. Lazy Susan doors do not open well either and had to trim some of the board shelves to fit the wall cabinets. I had builder grade cabinets before (original from 1992) in the house and that was a better quality then these.

The web site worked well in finding products but lacked current status on each items page such as clearance sales pricing. The phone support was stellar.

Third purchase in 5 years. This purchase we upgraded to diamond level - not good. Four of the kitchen cabinets were poorly constructed. We are not happy.

The people at Cabinet Giant are awesome to work with and the product is great. Cannot beat the price, quality and service. Thanks!

Great company, answered questions quickly, easy to get a hold of if needed. Also shipped very quickly! Beautiful cabinets

We loved the prices but the finish we wanted was not available for months beyond the time frame we were looking to complete the project. I asked the designer to put our name on the list and notify us if it became available but that is the last I heard. Otherwise, the designer replied very quickly and followed our design very closely. We probably would have ordered but the alternate finish she suggested, that was the closest to our 1st choice, was not desirable to me at all. We felt we had no choice but to shop elsewhere.
