Purchase on line was straight forward and easy. Missed getting a first time customer 10% discount. When I contacted representative Allison she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I received the 10% refund on same day as the purchase. Web site is well organized and easy to navigate.

This company sent me two launchers that were bad out of the box. They fail to have a contingency policy for replacing bad equipment . They require an RA and they stand on their policy to inspect and repair the new unit rather than sending another new unit. They also require the receipt of the bad unit before they will consider sending a replacement even though they accepted payment instantly. They don't understand what customer service means and I have been the initiator of all correspondence. I asked for a call from a manager and all I received was a dismissive email. They don't make the inspection of new units that were bad out of the box any type of priority. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I had received my Bryna LE as a Christmas gift and never got around to using it until now. The very first shot all the CO2 released. I figured I did something wrong and installed another CO2, same thing happened. After several failed attempts and numerous CO2, I contacted customer service. I spoke with Sam who was very personable and understanding after a brief conversation she had emailed me an authorization and return label. Within a few days I was advised via email that my LE "O" ring for the CO2 cylinder was defective and repaired and shipped out. Not only was the job completed quickly, but they sent me replacement CO2, doing that showed me the genuine concern for great customer service and support of their product. Thank you

The company has a no-return policy, plain and simple. Even when an order is cancelled before they give it to a shipping company. QUOTE "While your cancellation request was sent before the carrier scan later that evening, it was received after the order had already entered the outbound shipping process at the warehouse. " and also: QUOTE "customer service does not have the ability to reverse or recall orders once they have left warehouse control," So their customer service team cannot walk into their own warehouse and ask their fellow employees to hold an order? Millions of companies do that very thing every day. I was even told by the shipper that Byrna actually delivered the parcel to the shipper after my SECOND cancellation request. I will be happy to provide a detailed timeline. I even offered to ship it back at my expense.

I would never buy from a company that uses scare tactics and false information to sell a product. Where is their footage from? Disgusting.

Very stringent return policy of 14 days. Requested to exchange an unused launcher pistol for the orange one. It was an Xmas gift for wife and she wants the orange one instead of black. Was told there is NO exchange policy even if item unused. Poor policy!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how disappointing this was, especially since the item was a Christmas gift. Our return policy is clearly posted on our website and applies to all orders. In addition to our standard 14-day return window, we also offered an extended holiday return period. Unfortunately, the request was made outside of both timeframes, which is why we were unable to approve a return or exchange, even though the item was unused. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and your feedback is passed along as we continue to review our policies and customer communication.

The mailing address was incorrect, and I notified Byrna about the problem, but they refused to contact shipping and so I had to contact and have the item returned to the shipper and did not receive a refund. So, beware before you place an order, if something goes wrong Byrna will keep your money.

When an order is placed on our website, it is shipped to the address entered during checkout. In this case, the shipping label reflected the address provided at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to change an address once an order has shipped, which is why we advised contacting UPS for rerouting options. As soon as we were notified that the package was being returned to us, we confirmed that a full refund would be issued upon receipt of the returned items. We never keep a customer’s money if they do not receive their products. Once the return is processed, you’ll receive your refund promptly.
