Absolute terrible company. I need my pump supplies and after ordering them for months with my insurance, they now tell me that. They don't contract have a contract with my insurance, and now i have to foot the bill for the supplies that i thought would be covered by insurance. i am out of pump supplies. So i am switching to the manufacturer on my pump for supplies

I just called Byram again because I'm running out of medical supplies for my diabetes. I was told that my order that was confirmed 3 weeks ago was not being processed because there has been no "in person" visit for the last 6 months. I explained that my doctor was not allowing any in person visits because of Covid 19. I was told that they understand this but they couldn't send the supplies because of Medicare guidelines. This is a stupid company with stupid policies. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

I have a permanent ileostomy, my copay is $3000 before they start covering any cost. I have been paying monthly with $140 still due, they don't allow new orders until your balance is paid in full. This isn't some luxury item I am purchasing, this is my life! I can't function with out my products. It's disgusting! Living with this condition is difficult enough and now I have to figure out how to get this all paid to make sure I have my equipment! They should be ashamed of themselves!

The order takes too long to get to me. I could get it faster if sent by caravan. Website all of a sudden doesn't recognize my email address. Ordering by phone takes forever. You can't talk to anyone who is in charge.

Byramhealthcare is as horrible and described by 88% of its reviews. Individuals will give you their "direct" phone number, but they never answer the phone during their listed business hours, and worse, they NEVER return calls as requested. My HIPPA rights were grossly violated by using notes on my doctor's chart to deny me a DEXCOM cgm that had already been approved by Medicare. They lost the first prescription, and when they got another prescription from my doctor, they took two months of what they called "final" review, a 24hr. process, and then decided they would not honor the doctor's order. They should be put out of business for the damage they caused to my health. Byramhealthcare is grossly unprofessional and unethical. AVOID them at all costs!

P this company is the absolute worst. Their customer service people are rude and uninformed and always pawn you off on somebody else to try and solve the problem which never gets solved even the supervisors are incompetent. If I could give them less than one star I would . If you have a choice stay away from this company .

Byram Healthcare is horrible. The employees are apathetic. Byram cannot be contacted by telephone at all. The website is worthless. Products are delivered late if at all. People who travel are unable to maintain supplies using this provider. There is no mechanism in place to resolve issues, and with this bunch of dunderheads rest assured there will be issues. My last Dexcom order was delivered the day before my last sensor and transmitter expired. Unfortunately the order contained only sensors and no transmitter. I’m once again without a cgm and I will be without it for over a week according to tracking information. I’m certain that the only customers who use Byram have no alternative. Do not use this provider if you have a choice.

Had to start using Byram 14 months ago. Set up account, for some reason saved wrong password. When I chose ‘forgot password’ a year ago, it asked me for the old one. If I remembered the old, I wouldn’t be asking for a new one, would I? Every month, would try to get in my account, but hasn’t yet let me. Have complained to them and asked for them to fix 6 times over phone and once on chat. Have begged to talk to tech department but we’re not allowed to. Probably that department doesn’t exist. Still having to call in and wait to talk to reps to order. Apparently Byram is said to be the best among suppliers. Ha!!
