Navigating health issues for your children, especially a teenager, can be difficult. I have had to call Byram Healthcare Cuatomer Service multiple times with issues that I have had and every single time, they are polite and calm and answer every question that I have to the best of their ability. Recently, we had a shipment, that contained my daughter’s continuous glucose monitors, get lost. They replaced them immediately and did not charge me for the expedited shipping. I could not ask for an easier company to deal with when it comes to my daughter’s blood glucose supplies.

While my standard for CGM suppliers has been set frustratingly low over many disappointing years of being a T1 diabetic, Bryam Healthcare stands miles above all of their competitors that I've had the misfortune of using. They are now the 4th provider I've used and it is such a relief to finally not be in constant stress about whether or not my next shipment will arrive without issue. Getting reminders about when I can renew and reordering through text is so refreshing after the abysmal so-called customer support fiascos I've had with their competitors. They may not be perfect, but they have improved my diabetes care immensely.

I have had good success ordering diabetic supplies from Byram for my mother. I switched to them from another company that was totally incompetent. At first, phone calls were best to get everything worked out, but after that, orders have been easy and shipped on time. I have found them to be very helpful if I've had a problem. We've been using them for at least two years.
