I have been trying to sort out an order for medical supplies to be paid by Medicare for the past 6 weeks! There is always an excuse as to why they are not satisfied with the doctor's orders. They do not contact me about the problem in a timely fashion nor do they contact my doctor in a timely fashion. This company is either completely incompetent or corrupt. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I wish I could give ZERO stars!! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I was on a payment plan. Made my last payment last month (I’m not behind) then today I get a collections notice!!! What the hell??? No phone calls, no voicemails, no letters in the mail, yet I get a collection letter!?!?!? Do you think you can get anyone on the phone or through “live chat”?? Of course not. I’ll be filling a complaint on Monday. Im not behind on my payment so what are y’all doing??? When I call in I pay what I’m given as my monthly payment by the customer representative and pay it. Guess it’s time to find another company and I hate it. Thanks for the reminder you can’t trust a company after 10 plus years!!!

Horrible !!!!!!!! This site claimed that breast pumps are fully covered by insurance....FALSE ! I got bill after bill. I called several times to dispute and the lady told me they must've made a mistake and will fix it.. I then get another bill.. call again.. same thing !!!!!! This time I told the lady if I get another bill i send it back to them and get a pump that my insurance covers..Thought it was taken care of after the 4th time...but today just received a letter I was sent to collections from them! Never ever use this company !!!!!! Everywhere else my insurance covers in full!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been very sick and need supplies. Currently my insurance is paying 100% and they won’t let me order supplies because of my balance. Ostomy supplies cost me about $1000 for 3 months. With the economy and being in and out of the hospital I would think they could work with me on the balance since they are getting 100% payment with my out of pocket met. Nope they are compassionless. The only option is to pay $427 upfront for a payment plan when that’s half my balance due. So being held hostage on supplies I need to live normal is crappy. I guess it's time for a new company because they have shown it's all about money, nothing else. Sad and now I see why their reviews are so horrendous- they've surely earned it. Horrible company

Every complaint written about byram has happened to me as well, from no return calls to causing damage to my health by running me out of supplies. Provoking me to anger if I dare question their process. WHERE IS THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT CONTACT INFORMATION?

As an update to my negative review posted in November, I still haven't heard a word from this company on how they plan on addressing this complaint and all the others out there. Maybe a class-action lawsuit is the way to go. Mary

I used their live chat feature to contact them about why my order didn't go through. Their representative, Carl Joshua, told me that there was something wrong with their system and that I needed to wait a day or two and then contact them again. I asked if there was someone I could speak with on their hotline to figure this out and get my supplies sooner, at which point he hung up on me. I have the transcript saved to prove that this happened.

If I could give zero stars I would! I am forced to get my diabetes supplies through them and they will place random holds on my account without notifying me. The only way I find out is when my supplies stop showing up. I’ve not gotten my supplies for months now even though my online order went through and they still never bother to let me know it isn’t coming. I try contacting them and every time it’s a different story. Bottom line if you can go through someone else, DO IT!
