This company is at best criminal. They lie, they do not follow up with information. They rely on our own ability to get things done. The customer service could care less. I have never seen such a poor quality professional group . EVER!!!! I have done all the leg work for them and they still lie, they have been very disappointing.

PATHETIC service. Still waiting for an order held up for insurance approval...an issue I have spoken to three different customer service folks about on three different occasions to correct their filing error. Now out of supplies completely. Shame on them. Shame on Tandem for choosing them.

My husband has been waiting for over 5 weeks for his supplies for his CGM.. We have lost count of how many times we have talked to Byram and they will blame the doctor's office every time. Our doctors are sending over a 100 page file so that Byram cannot say they don't have the correct information and we still have received nothing. Now have to pay for test strips out of pocket because medicare won't pay for them because he's on a continuous glucose monitor. Run as fast as you can away from this supplier. Too bad we have to give them even 1 star!

They are AWFUL. I have type one diabetes and need my supplies. I order my supplies every 3 months and have issues every single time. I have been trying to get my supplies for since May of 2022. It is now August. They are the absolute worst. No one listens to the patient. They make the same mistakes over and over again.

Horrible customer service. Waiting 3+ weeks to have a critical prescription filled, incredibly rude and clueless customer service, terrible documentation. Makes the process of filling a prescription next to impossible. Highly highly recommend avoiding using this company if possible.

This company is the worst. We started with them in 2017 and had no issues. I noticed a difference starting around the beginning of 2022. They won’t ship orders until my daughter has completely used all sensors and the last one is done. Even if I place the order 2 weeks in advance to get through the order processing. Then they made me pay extra to expedite the order so it wasn’t quite as late. Same thing is happening this month. They won’t send sensors until she’s completely out, which leaves her without sensors for a week or more. UNACCEPTABLE! My insurance company got involved to help out. I found out that DME statute states that the DME provide needs to be able to prove that the user is NEARLY out not COMPLETELY out of equipment. The person from my insurance company explained that Byram has authorization to send sensors out a week before the last one expires and that the authorization is good for a year. Byram does not have to get authorization every time an order is placed. But after half a day on a three-way call it was resolved for this month supposedly, but I still don’t have sensors and her last on expires tomorrow. And the issue still isn’t resolved for future orders. Apparently the people taking the order have no idea how this works. By the way, I found out Byram has now outsourced their supply chain/orders through a company called Owen’s Minor. Can’t say that I’m surprised. It explains why service is so horrible and the extreme disconnect as to what policies are, or the lack of autonomy to make common sense decisions. Now we may have to resort to hacking sensors. I’ve seen that people have to do that, but wondered why. Now I know. Shouldn’t the DME providers have to be liable if something happens to someone who is forced to hack sensors because they don’t arrive when they’re needed. The diabetic community should not have to do this. We should not have to be at the mercy of these DME providers. We are a big community, I would love to organize all of us that are having these issues and get something done, but where to begin? If anyone knows a good attorney willing to take this on I’m in!

They delivered my order to the wrong address. I called them on it and they promised delivery in 2 days. It’s now 2 days later, and I haven’t received notice it’s been shipped. It’s also Sunday, so they don’t answer a phone. I’m now in the position of ordering supplies that haven’t arrived on time through no fault on my own and they’ve done nothing. What does that matter, you might ask? I poop in a bag glued to my stomach. Because they messed up, I can’t leave my house. The only thing they care about is billing your insurance, which seems to be somewhat exorbitant for some plastic and adhesive. My supplies should have been here 2 days ago, but if I attempt to order earlier, they say “sorry, you have to wait until you only have 1 week of supplies left.
