Ridiculous customer service. Sorry folks they are not located in the USA and cannot process the English language enough to communicate beyond placing orders and collecting the $$. They CAN NOT answer questions and they can't connect you with a "superbisor". They will easily lie to you in order to upsell products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you have a choice

While my standard for CGM suppliers has been set frustratingly low over many disappointing years of being a T1 diabetic, Bryam Healthcare stands miles above all of their competitors that I've had the misfortune of using. They are now the 4th provider I've used and it is such a relief to finally not be in constant stress about whether or not my next shipment will arrive without issue. Getting reminders about when I can renew and reordering through text is so refreshing after the abysmal so-called customer support fiascos I've had with their competitors. They may not be perfect, but they have improved my diabetes care immensely.

Their Customer service is terrible. They have hired the most dumb people in their Billing Department. We bought a Breast Pump for my wife from them in May 2023 which was covered through my insurance. These guys sent us an invoice somewhere in November of 2023. We tried to contact them in regards to the bill and asked them if they had talked to the insurance to which they said they were unable to get to the insurance. We verified the details and had a 3 way call between byram, our insurance team and us on 15th December 2023 where they found that Byram had messed up the "state name" on my insurance. They fixed and said on the call that they will send a bill to my insurance team. My insurance company never received a bill. So we called back on 3rd January 2024 and had a 3way call again between Byram, Our Insurance and us. Again, Byram had not sent any information to my insurance company but promised that they will send out the information to the insurance on the call. I have reference numbers for both the calls which I can add if someone wants to verify our claims. The problem is that without even contacting our insurance, byram sent this bill to IC system debt collection. We were shocked to receive this and are now paying for their negligence and inability to do their work. Byram does not value time. On 28th June 2024 we contacted Byram's billing department again and the customer representative Maria was unprofessional and kept on asking us the same stupid insurance details again. When I asked to verify the same, she just hung up the call because she could not understand why a customer would sound annoyed after facing mental harassment for more than 7 months. They are just a bunch of GREEDY PEOPLE who are after your money.

THEY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AN EXAMPLE IS I CALLED TODAY, AND THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THEY HAD NO PRESCRIPTIONS ON HAND FOR ME! WOW, I'VE BEEN GETTING SUPPLIES FROM THEM FOR 12-YEARS!! THE LAST TIME (FOR JUNE) I RECIEVED 3-NOTICES ABOUT THE BILL! I AM READY TO CHANGE COMPANIES AS SOON AS I CAN FIND A RELIABLE ONE.

They canceled my order on delivery day 2 months back. Now my next order is listed as made on/about July 26. Problem is today is July 2, and I am out. I did not future travel and did order late June.

I had an issue with the fact that I was unable to order and receive a specific brand of adhesive wipes (cavalon). My insurance company did a 3 way call to try to get me the wipes I required due to skin care issues. The representative that was on the call literally became aggressive and started swearing at both me and the insurance company representative. They refused to even try to help or listen to a solution. My insurance representative said we should end the call and she found me a different ostomy supply company named edgepark that has gone above and beyond to help me. I've been with edgepark for almost a year now.

Slow processing. Doctor has sent paperwork three times and they still claim they haven't received anything. Says it takes 48 hours to receive a fax. Maybe look in the trash for it.
