One star is too many. Unfortunately due to insurance, we have been stuck with them for years. They always goof up the insurance. They continually mess up my son's life giving support for his Type 1 Diabetes. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I rarely, rarely write a review and am not someone who publicly likes to say something so harsh, but it must be said. I have had enough. Right now because of Byram being such an epic fail, my poor son is under so much stress and without his supplies. If you can avoid Byram, do so. They are just a wretchedly awful company.

Byram charged my Medicare $3,100 and $800.00 to me for gauze, medical tape and a few 3 inch pads for my wound care. I literally order enough for 1 month supply. I change my wraps 3 days a week. I contacted Byram and asked for an itemized bill. This medical supply company is taking advantage of Seniors. Please be sure to review your bill before payment. Contact your insurance companies if you think you are being scammed.

First, I have been with Byram for 20 years, receiving monthly wound care supplies. Where once customer service was outstanding now, it doesn't exist. They Keep giving wrong address, insurance not on file. Today I'm looking for a back order on one of my supplies, been a month now. Also products are more inferior. What country am I calling. I can't understand rep, Someone should lose their job for bad cost cutting changes at my and my insurance company expense. Where did the pride go. It's not at Byram.

BEWARE!! They will send you your product without confirmation that your insurance will pay then 5 weeks later they will send you a bill, upon contacting them I was told there is a 15 days deadline to return any product.

Since October 2023 I have had multiple difficulties re-ordering my supplies. The online app simply does not work. They cancel orders without giving notification as to why. I’ve spoken to a representative on multiple occasions spending 30 minutes to 90 minutes on each call. The most recent interaction I had was on February 12. All of my information was updated by the representative. However, when I check the app, none of the information was in my profile. They said the order will be shipped within the next five days. I was on vacation and returned only to find the order had been canceled without reason. Their service was good until the last year. I don’t know what happened to them, but I am transferring my CGM prescription to another supplier. My recommendation is do not do business with Byram Healthcare

Called customer service today to hear background noise of someone yelling and then screaming. I told the rep I was hearing background noise coming from their end and it continued on. I learned they are remotely working and this was someone at their home screaming. I hung up as it appears the person can not control the conversation.

My care provider ordered my GCM through them without me knowing. Had to deal with customer service, which is outsourced, and it was a nightmare. They did cancel the order, but didn't remove my account. They were forcing, through a bundle, me to buy a $300 monitor that is not needed for my particular GCM and the order included the sensors which billed at $29 each (an expected price). When my provider reordered without the monitor (again, it is not even part of this GCM so I don't even know what they are selling me) the price for the sensors went to $69 each. Their consumers/patients are vulnerable and this is how they exploit their patients. Shame Shame. I have complained to my provider, but I'm sure their hands are tied. Feds need to pay them a visit, but they won't be able to use Live Chat because it never works. Clearly, they don't want anything but our money and talking to us and answering our questions is not part of their Mission Statement.

Crazy terrible customer service. My heart is absolutely racing after spending 9 days banging my head against the wall talking to them and still I have no order. Talked to consumer service today again for the 5th time to be told that they have no ability to let me talk to a manager or transfer me to anyone who can help me. Your order goes into the black hole of concerned, put on hold, we will let you know if it ships, cancelled, etc. These are really important sometimes life or death supplies people are counting on. Crazy crazy!!!
