I had a last minute need for a bus and the staff was wonderful in getting the date and bus set up. The bus was cool (it was crazy a crazy hot summer day), the driver was very professional, and he drove the bus extremely well. I would highly recommend this company for any bus needs!

Driver was very punctual. Knew where he was going and how to get there. Friendly and courteous, not scared to drive in the traffic.

I had multiple locations to pick people up for my wedding. Coordinating that was a little difficult. However, once we had that figured out it worked out very well. The drivers were timely and got all of my guests to in from my wedding safely. They did a great job.

Our Bus was more than 30 minutes late. We were able to get to our 1st drop off with extremely little time to spare. The 2nd drop was OK but still for the type of event the group of passengers needed much more time at this drop off. I will do business with BusBank in the future because this bad experience has never been the Norm in the past.
