In the end, we got a bus and received good service from the bus service hired. However, I was bounced between a few customer service representative and had to provide the trip details multiple times to a few different individuals. Additionally, I had to ask a few different times to receive the billing link and almost missed a grant reporting deadline because the process hit several snags along the way. I also found out that the bus driver was only given half of the gratuity which I pre-paid. I don't know if that was because the bus bank didn't pay it forward or if the middle man skimmed half of the bus driver's gratuity off the top. I would suggest NOT paying gratuity for the bus drive through this service but provide it directly to your bus driver in cash. Customer service wasn't great on the front end, but in the end, the driver showed up on time, was responsive and we had a great trip.

It was a delight to work with BusBank and the driver was awesome! She had fun with the group but kept us safe. Pricing was good and they worked with my budget. No surprises!

Mediocre service part of drivers--- very unprofessional & always thinks of themselves and overtime to make more money than delivering good customer service. Watch out to kids next time you hire them. They prefer your money than the kids onboard the bus.

My family and I recently held our family reunion in Memphis, TN. I contacted several charter bus companies to get a quote for a 7 hour bus tour of the city. Some responded with quotes outside of our budget while others did not respond at all. Finally, I took a chance and contacted BusBank, a company that I found on the internet which was totally unfamiliar to me. I was a little reluctant given some of the negative responses on the internet. However, I was subsequently extremely pleased that I had chosen BusBank. The quote was reasonable. Service was outstanding - prompt, and professional. The charter bus looked new and the driver entertainingly narrated the tour. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for chartered bus service. In fact, my family will be using BusBank for our next family reunion in Nashville in 2017.
