We were looking for a limo/bus service for transportation for our wedding. We were looking for a roughly a 26 passenger bus that would take our bridal party to an from where we needed to go, and work like a shuttle bus to and from the hotel throughout the night. Looking up companies, I couldn't believe how reasonable and how smooth sailing the process was. The sales rep we worked with was amazing. Their customer service was great; always emailed me when I requested them to let me know they received their check in the mail. Our bus driver was excellent! He was open to directions since we are from the area. He went the route we said which saved time, didn't mind stopping anywhere along the way. I have already given his card out and am bragging to people how amazing BusBank is. I would definitely use them again and will keep spreading their name!! They were early/on time the whole night and honestly, that was what I was most worried about and they were on point!!

Although the 4 drivers were very nice and accommodating, It would have been less stressful if they knew where they were going beforehand. I believe I was detailed enough on where to pick up the employees and how to get to the park yet 1 out of 4 knew where they were going. I had one bus drop the employees off at the wrong destination spot. I expect any driver to know the area before taking passengers anywhere. Other than that they were helpful, & warm. It would also be helpful to have each drivers name & number before the first pickup.

On time, overall good, but driver did not know how to dump the bathroom and after 3 90 degree days and no dumping the ride back home was less than great. Driver should know how to operate all functions of the bus.

My office utilized Busbank for transportation to a company event from IND>CHI. Our driver Tom was fantastic and did everything necessary to make our schedule work as we wanted it to. Lee was our representative from the Busbank who was very prompt in communicating and was on top of everything. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have had a nicer/newer bus. It was a bit older, but nothing terrible. Thanks to Lee and Tom for having 5-star customer-service!

We had a great experience with Busbank. They ended up bringing two large buses, instead of one large bus and one small bus as we originally scheduled. Not sure if this was just to be nice, or if it was a mix-up, but it worked out okay for us. :) Would've liked a head's up to bring audio cords for iphones to plug into the buses. Also, at the end of the night, the bartenders forgot to put the alcohol in our buses, which was a bit of a disaster for our after-party. Wasn't the fault of the bus company of course, but we did beg them to run us back over to the wedding venue to grab all of the alcohol (obviously we offered to pay for the extra half hour), but they were not willing to do it. Overall they arrived on time and their communication was very good. So no complaints.

We have used Bus Bank for the shuttle service for our summer intensive students for two years now. Whenever there is an issue it is handled quickly and completely. They are very good about communicating with their customers.

Everything was excellent except we had a little issue with the bathroom but the bus driver was exceptional cooperative he took care of that immediately once he was advised also the busbanks representative keep you informed and everything was on point l would definitely use this company again again thank you for a wonderful trip

I was able to tell them what I was trying to accomplish and they helped me with the rest. I needed a bus to take my family in two trips to downtown to go on the Double Decker Tour. The only thing I would suggest, is to allow more time for the driver to get to his next job so he is not so in a rush because the tours downtown delayed the group from getting back to the bus on time. The driver was not obligated to stay but he stayed and brought the group back.
