BusBankReviews of busbank.com

The professionalism and care that we received from Kelvin our driver, and Scott Hood our go to man for reservations couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend Bus Bank to anyone for all of their travel needs. The bus was beautiful and clean. One of the best coaches that I have been on. Thanks!!!

THE NEXT TIME WE NEED TO CHARTER A BUS, WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THE BUSBANK. I want to thank and commend the BusBank for their excellent customer service. Scott worked so well with us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of his professionalism. Scott and staff (Steven) were courteous and dependable every step of the way. On both inbound and outbound trips to and from the wedding the driver (Smitty) was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend the BusBank and plan on exclusively recommending their service to all of friends and family. Thanks again for your wonderful service!

Great trip!! Our driver was on time for the trip in a white bus, which I had requested if available. There were 23 GT fans and speaking for the group "THE TRIP WAS EXACTLY AS WE HAD HOPED FOR" travel to and from the Game on 09/19/2015. We had the bus for 10 hours and the trip back was somber, but our driver Carter pointed out views of the Chicago skyline and lake views that were spectacular and lightened our mood !! Leading up to the trip, planning started in Januray, Dan Weed the account executive was excellent with planning and detail!! Will reccommend Bus Bank to everyone except UGA FANS ...just kidding..excellent service. A+...

I work at a high school in Chicagoland. Every fall we take our seniors on a bus trip to look at college campuses and to encourage them to jump start the application process. This year the company I had originally booked backed out on me three days before the trip. I thought we'd have to cancel, but BusBank came through and we were able to carry on with the trip as planned. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because the drivers weren't sure of directions, despite them having the addresses for where they were going. They had to rely on chaperones and students using their own cell phones to guide them to the campuses. Other than that, BusBank delivered exactly what I expected, and I was very happy with their service.

This company was efficient and on time. However, they arrived in the wrong spot and both of the bus drivers were in different areas making it complicated for our company. The bus drivers were not communicating with one another so it felt like we rented from two separate bus companies. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.

The ENTIRE experience was awesome. Dan was the absolute best to work with. If I called or emailed him , he was so prompt in replying. The bus driver was so knowledgeable in sharing the facts about the DC area during our tour. He was amusing, very nice and courteous to all my family members. I would recommend this service to everyone. Thank you all so much On behalf of the Murphy Family

The bus was clean, the size of the bus was perfect, the driver was wonderful. The communication for the reservation was easy and responsive. The communication with the driver while we were at the event was easy and responsive. But the ride was bumpy. Like the wheels weren't aligned and/or the shocks needed work. I would not want to go anywhere in that bus again.

Very accommodating and they make the entire experience easy. Reasonably priced, too. I would definitely use them again!
