Bus arrived early and our driver did a fantastic job of shuttling us around.

The bus was canceled without ANY notice - i had an entire bus full of people that were not able to get to our event. It was a disaster and I would not recommend this service. They did refund in a timely manner.

This is the 2nd time I've chartered a bus through BusBank for a business meeting. I received Kudos from corporate because they could not find a better deal. I've found the buses to be nice and comfortable. The drivers are courteous, dependable and on time.

The bus was great, clean, on time, friendly driver, helpful. The only downfall was the miscommunication between who I was booking with and the billing department. They called at many inconvenient times to track down the payment when it had in fact already been received.

We have used BusBank for at least 6 years for our annual Kindergarten field trip form Ashburn, VA to the US Capitol in Washington DC. I am sorry to say that we had a bad experience due to our driver. The vehicle itself was clean and in good working order however the driver seemed to have no idea where he was going. On the way he seemed confused by roadworks and we ended up taking over and hour to get there which should have been closer to 40mins. He had handwritten directions on paper, no GPS and on arrival at the 9/11 memorial drove past where all the other buses were and dropped us at some remote corner. On the return he was late for the pickup and then asked us how to get b ask to our hotel. As we were all from out of town we did not know and had to call up directions on our phones and give him directions. to make matters worse at one point he seemed confused and admitted "that he could not see well in the dark"!!! I suggest you hire better more prepared drivers.

We had looked at the ad online and when calling to make the booking, asked if the bus pictured on the ad would be the one we would get. We were told, yes, it would be the same bus. This was a recent model white minibus for our group of 17. When the bus arrived, late, we had to walk with all of our coolers, etc. an eighth of a mile to the gate of our community because the driver refused to drive his 20-year-old former school bus through our gate even though the gate-man assured him there was ample space for a turnaround. This event was planned as a celebration of our 50th Anniversary with all our children and grandchildren. We were VERY disappointed with BusBank. They did NOT deliver what they promised.
