BusBankReviews of busbank.com

Great experience with booking details, the bus, and service from the driver and customer representative. Thank you!

This is my second time working with Bus Bank this year and both experiences were great. I worked with Philip May to book both times and he was friendly and quick to get me the information I needed. He was also very patient as I had to make changes to my reservations a couple of times. The bus driver was also always on time and did not have any issues getting to and from where we needed to go. I would definitely recommend Bus Bank for any corporate outings!

I had a wonderful experience with BusBank. With all of the bus charter companies out there, it's difficult to know what kind of service you will get, and I am extremely pleased with my experience with BusBank. The account executive and the customer service employees who I worked with were very responsive, incredibly reasonable, and accommodating. From the initial quote to the trip itself, the process was seamless. Our driver was excellent, and the bus itself was in great condition. When using a charter bus service in the future, I will certainly turn to BusBank as my first choice. I would highly recommend this service to any person interested in chartering a bus for any purpose. Thank you very much, BusBank!

Solid experience with BusBank. Customer service was prompt, helpful and accommodating!

Bus Bank is a trusted source that I check on every transfer I get in and never hesitate to recommend to a client.

We needed to shuttle 150+ people from McCormick Place to an event in the loop on a Tuesday evening. All the shuttle drivers arrived early and were very helpful by letting me know before they left each location. This provided real time data so I could accurately determine when the next empty bus would be back for more people. A great experience and we are so grateful!

First time user of BusBank with total five days rental. Their service are excellent -- all bus drivers were nice and courteous; all buses were in good, clean condition and most importantly they were all on time!!! I will definitely use this company again.

BusBank was one of the smartest decisions I have gone with. Their response time was amazing, from just emailing them for a quote to a bus having trouble on the road. BusBank was on top of it from the first contact. They would not rest until everything was perfect and we were happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest bus company to work with.
