My organization rented out several deluxe coach buses for a 10 hour trip and we couldn't have been happier. The drivers were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. The buses were in excellent condition and very nice to ride in. Above all else was the customer service I received when making the reservation. The Bus Bank representative, Scott Hood, was nothing but excellent in his service. He was friendly, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond in getting our reservation and proposals put together. Mr. Hood's commitment to going the extra mile for us is why we will most definitely be using Bus Bank in the future.

They took a late reservation and was on time. Children loved the buses as well as parents. very clean.

I had a large event yesterday (over 500 people) and had our original transportation drop out on us last minute (a week before event). I called you guys in a panic and you were amazing to work with. I worked primarily with Dan Weed (who was amazing). It was a bit of a complicated itinerary, pickups from 5 locations (which the first company could not figure out, gave a wrong quote, and then spent two weeks NOT fixing it, only to let me know that they made the quote, but that doesnt mean they can secure buses, this was a week before event). Within a couple of hours of calling BusBank, Dan had the buses booked for us (and in the meantime, the original bus company replied that they could "probably" get us 5 of the 12 requested buses!!) Last minute, the day before the event, we got a request for 2 more buses, which Dan secured immediately. I can't begin to say how great it was to work with you guys. Your customer service was great, the buses were great, drivers were great, super experience all around. Thanks! -ryan

This is my 2nd year using BusBank while in Dallas, Texas & both times they have had wonderful service! Great drivers, prompt, personable & helpful! I will definitely use them again!

Great experience from top to bottom. I was on the phone with problem solvers, not just salespeople, in each instance where I've needed transportation for large groups to multiple venues. We've even been able to request repeat drivers. I love these guys, never expected renting bus charters to be so pleasant.
