BusBankReviews of busbank.com

This company was extremely accommodating with our very large group of around 200. They were very prompt, reliable, and safe. They were great with our students and very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We contacted the company a week before the trip and they confirmed all the details with us and told us they would send a confirmation email the one day before the trip which they did. However, the driver did not show up until 30 minutes later than the meet up time, the number to call the driver on the confirmation email went to someone who had no idea what the professor was talking about, when we called the 24-hour hotline the person on the other side sounded like we woke him up and said he had to call us back because he could not find the confirmation number we gave him, and he never called back we had to call him 20 minutes after the first call. After the shuttle picked up everything went well but the initial start of the day set the mood for the rest of the day.

We had a round trip corporate event scheduled (Three hours each way). The driver in the morning drove erratic and weaved in and out of traffic. So much so, she got pulled over by the police. When I notified BusBank and requested a new driver for the return portion of the trip, they were great! They responded immediately to my concern and addressed it without a second thought. A new driver was ready to go when our meeting convened. Even though we had an issue in the beginning, how they handled our concerns and requests will have me coming back the next time I need their service.

Not only was the price affordable, but the company was very good with communicating with me and my group. The bus driver was very nice and so flexible with our schedule. I had a group of 40+ and it was a lot to handle but in the end bus bank made it work!

Two pieces of feedback. First, BusBank is awesome! I am a big fan of the service. After dealing with many individual bus companies for over 10 years, BusBank cuts my planning time by 80%. Its super convenient and the people I've worked with have been professional and helpful. Great job. Second, our bus driver (Stephen Spiros) was wonderful. He was happy for us to enjoy ourselves during our bus trip.

We had an event that required transportation for approximately 50 people. BusBank offered a good price and excellent bus transportation to and from the event. I highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs.

The whole booking process was so seamless and efficient. The account executive (Daniel Weed) was very courteous and responded promptly to all email enquiries and was very accommodating to changing priorities. This is very important when arranging any event and it removes the stress of having to worry about administrative headaches. The coach was clean and the driver was very courteous and polite. He was very flexible to our needs and was very prompt with every aspect of our journey. I had initial concerns of paying all the money upfront with no guarantee of any service apart from an invoice. However, Daniel alleviated any concerns I may have had and provided assurance of the service. I had a pleasant experience, and would certainly use Bus Bank again. More so, I would recommend this to anyone. An easy and efficient way of booking transportation for a group of people for any occasion.

Our initial bus company was unable to accommodate us last minute. The day before the event to be exact. The Bus Bank was able to accommodate my group last minute and was so kind and helpful the entire process through. Rudy was patient with me and got us exactly what we needed.
