Great service

great booking, communication and help on all levels. clean bus, responsive driver, everything on time.

The bus was not on time and when it did arrived at the hotel to pick up our guests the driver didn't go inside to let people know he was there. Apparently the bus could not fit under the breezeway at the hotel so he stayed out on the street curb. Everyone was waiting in the lobby. Out of town family members were afraid they were going to miss the wedding so they got alternate transportation. Even multiple phone calls to the driver were not helpful. The worry we were trying to avoid was not avoided. The only transportation that went smoothly was after the reception to take the guests back to their hotel.

The Bus Bank was beyond helpful and we had specific needs for our bus. The bus was in great shape, and our driver was courteous and helpful.

Were unresponsive the days leading up to of my event as well as the day of the event. Did not confirm a driver had been assigned for my event or provide any contact information. Will never use them again.

Our student group had a great experience while in Los Angeles. The driver was professional and extremely easy to work with. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
