BusBankReviews of busbank.com

The driver was very accommodating. She was on time, and she drove us back safely. I will hire the company again.

bus driver was very polite and kind, even when our group was rowdy and singing on the buses. everyone got there safely and in a timely manner, we had no issues whatsoever. thanks so much!

Bathrooms dirty and bus drivers rude. Buses they was on time, and office staff very efficient, bus drivers very rude, if was for the bus drivers I will give an 5. We thinking never used this company because of the bus drivers

This was our first time ever renting a bus for the kids to go to D.C. The ride was smooth, everything inside and outside the bus was clean. Everything was perfect, from requesting the bus to the bus arrive time! I would definitely book another bus from this company. Thank you for your great customer service.

Bus was on-time, driver was courteous & efficient, excellent trip

The drivers were on time, friendly and VERY professional. We took 31 teenagers 2 hours outside of Atlanta on a church Lenten Retreat. The drivers were patient, very nice and very personable. This was the first year I used BusBank and I will be using them again next year.

BusBank was an incredible partner in our recent offsite corporate event. We not only contacted them last minute and they made all happen quickly - but we had last minute time changes that flowed like nothing ever changed. We are very please with the service and attentiveness that BusBank provided.

The planning end went flawlessly with no aggravation when updating time changes. Once we met our drivers, we knew we were in for an excellent few days of teamwork and support that made them feel like an extension of our trip coordination and not just pre-programmed 'drivers.' Both had ongoing suggestions to ease our transitions and were a true joy to spend time with. I enthusiastically recommend this company and will use it again for group travel.
