Easily coordinated Transportation based on my needs

Booked a coach bus for 30 people and tons of luggage for transportation to Bayonne nj , for a cruise. Everything was perfect The customer service from Philip May our sales coordinator all the way through to our drivers was top notch. All emails were answered same day and often within an hour. The prices were the best I could find. I was extremely pleased with the company and would definitely use them again.

Our driver was very accommodating to our situation. She did a good job of communicating with me on pick up times and locations. The bus was clean and appeared to be well maintained.

We had a great experience with Bus Bank. Our company of 21 people did a fun outing to a golf course and hired a school bus to take us. The driver was courteous and got us to all of our destinations safely and on time. We had to change our destinations a few times prior to the rental day, but Bus Bank was very accommodating with our changes. We will definitely use Bus Bank again for future outings!

The reservation process was very easy. However, the driver arrived 5 minutes before the departure time, which left very little time for boarding. The driver also got lost to our destination and as a result, we arrived 30 minutes later than anticipated. The driver seemed reluctant to use GPS.
