The bus was easy to schedule, on time, and took us to and from our destination. However, it was much bumpier than typically luxury buses and the driver was not very hospitable. Overall, it was a fine experience but not worth the cost compared to other companies.

I was researching Charter Bus Companies for a staff event, and was 98% confirmed with another company. But something told me to look at their customer reviews. The reviews for the company were pretty dismal -- some as recent as the week that I was doing my research. I went with BusBank because their customers wrote glowing reviews about them.
