BusBankReviews of busbank.com

We had a 4 hour trip for a High School Football game. We used BusBank services for our trips and everything was great! The driver was very professional and friendly, and arrived at our school early! All in all it was nearly a 13 hour round trip (including the football game in the middle) and everything went exactly according to plan. Thank you BusBank! We will use this company again if we need a Coach Bus in the future.

From making the initial contact to the night of my event, everyone here was extremely helpful. The driver notified me as soon as he arrived and my clients were impressed with the shuttle bus we provided for them. Thank you for taking one worry off my plate.

We had expected 6-7 buses and it was confirmed that it would work, but then one day before we left for the conference we were told that the buses wouldn't be available. It wasn't until the day before the event that the service was able to secure 3 charter buses for us which were more expensive than the initial "school buses". Also I had received a quote from another charter bus service before contacting Brian and they had charter buses for 55 people for $500 per charter and we paid much more than that. The drivers were very nice and Brian was able to at least accommodate us, however, when I have 200 people depending on transportation it is stressful to hear on the day or so before that we may not have buses available after promising us that they would. On the upside - Brian did work hard to secure buses for us.

Busbank was efficient and delivered buses in a timely manner.

BusBank is always super helpful and works to find us a great bus and driver for our US drive dates! :)

I worked closely with Brian and his team for an event last week. With all of the last minute changes that come along with throwing an event, the Bus Bank employees did it all with positive attitudes and a smile on their face. When we extended our event an hour later into the night, I expected the grief that usually accompanies a change like this; however, what I got was a flexible and willing-to-work response. I would recommend using Bus Bank for any corporate event in the future. They were an absolute please to work with.

My experience with BusBank was exceptional. I worked with David Baird on a very last minute, very demanding, complicated trip and he delivered on requests that I would have thought to be impossible. In fact, other companies told me it was. My client asked for 18 matching buses to be secured just days ahead of their event. David met every demand, every deadline, and made my client and my company feel completely secure and confident by maintaining open communication through the entire process. BusBank crossed oceans to make our trip work. The day of the event, there was not a single issue. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to the hard work of David and his team. I've never worked with a company so determined to please their customers in any way they can. If you need one bus or an entire fleet, I would recommend this company over any other out there.

We truly enjoy working with BusBank. The office staff is easy to work with and very flexible. All the drivers are punctual and very kind and helpful.
