Excellent customer service

From beginning to end BusBank was an absolute pleasure to work with. There customer service is second to none. They are always willing to lend assistance and were so polite and accommodating when we had unexpected changes. The driver was early and pleasant while the bus was clean and tidy. Excellent Service!!!!!

BusBank was great to work with. Communication was good and prompt. We had to make a couple of changes throughout the process and they were very accommodating.

I had called them at the last minute for a motorcoach and they delivered plus had a good rate. The motorcoach was clean and very comfortable. Plus we had a great driver. Yes I would recommend BusBank again.

Quality vehicles and excellent customer service. This was our first corporate retreat for 400 guests, 4 hours away, and in another state. It was a gamble on our end, but in the end, no other vendor communicated with as much clarity and confidence. I could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service I received from Philip May and the flexibility of our 5 drivers. Thank you!!!!

Philip was very helpful and quick to respond to every email. We reserved the buses far in advance, but then had to make many many changes, and he took every change in stride.

Super flexible, they were completely able to make changes to my requests. The bus drivers were very friendly and great drivers. You could tell they knew the area and were very capable. Great company, and would 100% use again!
