Avoid this company. They took 4 months to get me my order. When I received I realized how cheaply this was made and so requested a refund. They refused because their policy said you had to return within 30 days. I explained it took 4 months for me to get my order, but they still didn't care. Do NOT use this company. Product isn't opened. It took 4 months to arrive. I called before the 30 days was up to confirm I could still return and you all said YES since the delay was on your end. Now you all are lying and saying that you won't. Reading through all the other reviews this is very common with you all. Scam. Reporting and filing disputes

The sauna is fine and all, I enjoy it a lot. However, I am not impressed with the customer service side. There is a cold tub that was supposed to be shipped almost 4-5 months ago now, and First time I asked, representative stated we are behind and we apologize it may take 2-4 weeks. Ok, got it, not a problem. These things happen. Understandable. Second time ok we are hitting another month. I send another email. Same response basically word for word, which seems kind of odd like someone copy and pasted it.... But ok, I will wait, but can I get an update on the status. You will be updated once the cold tub is sent. Ok, but I would like an update from you so I know that this a concern for you like it is me. 3 months now and nothing. Now ok, 4 to 5 months out and I sent an email, same exact email verbatim and I replied this is not a good enough answer for me. I would like to talk with a representative or I would like to hear back from someone as to when this will actually be shipped. I am beginning to think it is not going to happen..... And if not, I think I may have to write a good business bureau review for fraudulent action. I need to hear back from someone about this and it needs to be handled this week or next week. Not, "oh sorry for your wait, we are backed up and you will hear back from us in 2-4 weeks... ". Same line again, and no one is actually looking into why it is not sent yet?

This is my 3rd 1 star review of this company I wish trust pilot has an option to leave attachments to show the emails from customer service. At this point i am convinced this company makes most of its profit by customers who have accepted the loss and paid the restocking fee for an item they never recieved. I would like you to know that you have options and can fight these shady companies out of principle. If you are also a customer that has been let down by this shady at best most likely fraud company please do the following as I will be doing. Step 1 contact customer support, save their responses step 2 use those to file a dispute with your cc company for goods not delivered Then the fun part and make it hurt. Received faulty product. Numerous attempts and as others have said, tracking number created but no shipment. Out $800 dollars with no assistance from the company!

I ordered a sauna & plunge pool. The sauna came in & works. The plunge pool i NEVER received. I have been emailing (they dont have a call #) burneek since Jan asking them about this. I have received 2 emails that both say in "2-4wks you will receive your tracking #. Sorry we are out of stock." It has been 4mo & they will not respond or send the plunge pool. I was on their website today & they have the same plunge pool on sale & in bundle. Update 4/14/26 I did email burneek 3 more times as they said I should & i did copy & paste that they told me to. Nothing after 2wks. Update 5/14/26 Still waiting on the rest of my order. Emailed Burneek & they say they are out of cold plunge pools to fulfill my order. I saw a dozen or more ads for a free plunge pool on inst. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OF IF GIVEN THE CHANCE. I will update if I ever receive my order. 6/21/26 Still have NOT received the rest of my order! They responded to the BBB & they have a specialist working on it. 2-4 weeks i will have it. That was their response. That was in may.

I have experienced another broken hose. They replaced the first one in March. We are still in March and it broke again today in the same exact spot. I don’t understand I don’t believe the hosing is sturdy enough. I hope they rectify this I love this freaking thing. Okay I was sent an email about the authenticity of this review. Look I have no reason to make this up. I am not trying to make Burneek look bad at all. Please understand that.

Burneek is very good at marketing, but my experience as a customer was extremely disappointing. Buyer beware. After purchasing a sauna, there was no reliable way to contact anyone by phone and communication felt one-sided. Before I ever received anything, I started getting emails encouraging me to “tell my friends” about my purchase—which felt strange since the product had not been delivered. When I tried to cancel, I was hit with a 25% “pre-order cancellation” fee. I did not see that fee clearly presented during checkout, and it was not shown on my order confirmation. The order never shipped to me / I never received a sauna, yet they retained 25% of my money and issued only a partial refund. What concerns me most is how tightly they control the narrative: negative comments appear to be removed/blocked on their channels, so you only see the “good” feedback where they have control. Also, they claim to be Florida-based, but I could not find a matching business registration on Florida’s Sunbiz search. Bottom line: I regret this purchase. If you’re considering ordering, do your homework first and read the independent reviews (BBB/Trustpilot/Google reviews), because once they have your money, getting a full refund can be an uphill battle.

Ok, I can’t really review the product because I have yet to receive it. I ordered my sauna on Jan 23, 2026. They keep giving me dates to which they will ship, one was no later than Feb 27, then March 15… it is now March 24, and it still says label created… I’m so frustrated
