I was skeptical about buying from this company at first because of the mixed reviews and the AI-generated content on their Instagram page. I purchased the 4-person sauna for my wellness studio, and there are a few things I wanted to point out. First, the shipping notifications can be a little misleading. The delivery date they reference is for the free rug gift that comes with the sauna, not the sauna itself. That being said, my sauna arrived in about 3 weeks, which I felt was reasonable. The sauna was packaged extremely well, which was a big deal for me considering the cost of the purchase. Everything arrived in great condition. The red light panels are real and already installed, and the sauna reached temperature much faster than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again for my upcoming studio locations.

I purchased the two person sauna and it is great. Went together easily and delivered pretty close to on time and what little customer service questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. Going to buy a cold plunge from them next.

This company is either.completely incompetent or fraudulent. I would recommend no one attempt to buy anything from them. Purchased a sauna. Asked for the order to be canceled and refund given prior to shipment. They agreed and then stalled for 2 weeks. Then they began offering excuses for why it could not be done. Excuses changed daily. No honesty in anything they said. Attempted to suggest that I just take the sauna and learn to like it. Terrible customer service. Hiding behind T&C’s that change every time they like. No one should engage this company ever.

I should have checked into this company. Trying to get a refund on something that I was charged for and never ordered. This was a complete waste of money returned it unopened and never received confirmation. Don't use this company

We bought the 2 person sauna. It just arrived, no problems with delayed shipping as others have stated. However, there’s false advertising and so many issues. 20-Minute Tool-Free Installation-lie. The instructions are garbage. A bag of screws with no description of where they go and it’s supposed to be tool free? If you follow their instructions, and the way it was delivered, it made no sense. We had to take a panel off to install the seat. Their instructions said to scan for a video tutorial on assembly and it takes you to an unrelated page. The whole thing is super heavy and not an easy assembly whatsoever. It took several hours and frustration to latch the panels. You need two strong people. There’s also no description of what some parts are for. They say they’re from Miami and shipped from Miami, but just know the whole thing is made in China. Deceptive. As far as quality… the door doesn’t latch. We’ve had to literally use tape. The instructions say to press and hold the temp keys to switch to Fahrenheit from Celsius, that doesn’t work. There’s also some spots on the edging where it wasn’t fully painted. Time will tell how long this thing lasts. Customer Service? More than 24 hours later and no response. So far, really disappointed.

Company failed to send my a cold plunge I’ve ordered and it’s been SIX MONTHS! They have had nothing but excuses and I’m currently filing for fraud on my card. BUYER BEWARE

UPDATE : The onyxeek sauna I received in about 18 days can’t put together because the locking mechanisms are not in matching locations, so now I have to remove them and screw it together.I DID NOT expect to hear from Burneek due to the reviews online, but I have been !! And Valeria was responsive and willing to send another unit, but since I screwed it together and it works as it should I was offered a couple hundred dollar refund for my troubles. I can’t say my entire buying experience was enjoyable due to the anxiety of all the negative reviews, Burneek has been responsive and helpful to me. I haven’t received refund yet but it’s only been a day. But I’m hopeful. I will update again when/if it comes through UPDATE:: I am happy to say I received the proposed refund as promised, thank you Valeria for your communications.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I never received my product, they continue to stall and not refund my money. Thankfully, I have a lawyer who is helping me take them to court. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BURNEEK, NOTHING. THE COMPANY IS CROOKED.
