Purchased a sauna thru Burneek and although it was a lengthy process the staff was always responsive and helpful. The sauna has been wonderful and a part of my weekly regiment to incorporate with working out & stretching.

We bought the sauna as a Father’s Day gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! Now we all use it. It gets so steamy too it’s like being at a spa. Any questions I’ve had regarding my order were addressed immediately as well. Great customer communication.

I have had the Burneek unit about 5 months and it has been great. I use it three times a week and love it. The company support has great. I been notified about the different services that I am able to purchase. Overall my experience has been great.

I bought the Burneek Onyxeek sauna. No, you cannot reach this company by phone. However, through email, their customer service is amazing. I was assigned a representative Valeria, who was excellent. I was already prepared for a wait time to receive it, but it was definitely worth the wait.

I ordered this sauna and a cold plunge back in Janurary as a gift to my husband for our anniversary. Shipping was slow and had to contact them several times. I finally received my order but no cold plunge. I contacted them and they stated it was on back order and that it would be 4-6 weeks. I contacted them again and they claim I need my order #. Apparently I lost it so I will not receive the rest of my order. Do not order from them! Horrible customer service!

I am thoroughly over it with burneek! I ordered my halo sauna under the promotion of shipment would be 2-3 days and receiving a free cold plunge. Well it months to finally receive my halo sauna as I have spoken to many representative with different details about my shipment. I had been told that my cold Plunge would come and we are about to enter July! This company sells official merchandise according to my experience with my finally received halo sauna. However, my experience was hell and their customer service is all over the place, they don't keep their word, most of them don't have a clue as to what's happening with their company as it pertains to customer orders. I Pray if you choose to do business with this company you are okay with paying for merchandise that you may not ever receive. They will let you know, you will receive an item with the expedited delivery fees that are automatically placed on your complete purchase tab, but you will not ever receive it! You will be told you can get a free plunge with your order and guess what, you will not receive that either! People, I have been waiting since February for my complete order!!! I have emails on top of emails to confirm these details! It concerns me that they are still advertising the same items, while not ever sending paid and both promised merchandise to their customers who have been waiting for months!!!!

Ordered the Halo Gen 2 standard Sauna which was supposed to include a free cold plunge. After I received my Sauna package I notified burneek support via email that my cold plunge had not arrived. I was informed they don't have any and are waiting for production. Coming up on 2 months since delivery of my sauna I have not had any updates on when or if I will receive my cold plunge which is mainly what I wanted to use....If its advertised, maybe have them in stock and available or list a notice on the item being out of stock so people know before they don't receive something they expect. Also, customer support can be proactive in support emails and correspondence instead of receiving a support email and stating your item is not available and is awaiting production and never following up.

I pruchased a Sauna and I was supposed to receive a free cold plunge. I NEVER RECIVED the cold plunge SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! They response to the emails with the same They are either out of stock or backorder. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Update I received multiple emails saying that they will inform me when it’s being shipped out. It’s been about 60 days now so nothing has shipped out yet so my review is very valid.
