I placed an order for a 1 Person Sauna 1/6/2026. All I have received is delays from Burneek. 1st I was told 2/19 Shipping. Then I was told 2/26 shipping. Then I was told 3/12 Shipping. I get nothing but delays with no actual insight on when the product will be shipped!

Do NOT order from this company. Avoid it at all costs. They will not ship your order in the estimated window and will claim it is a "supply" issue. If you attempt to get a refund, they will suddenly ship a part of your order and now if you want to cancel or return your order, they will claim a 25% "restocking fee". Their customer service is a joke and is obviously not USA based. Every email I've ever received from them has arrived in the middle of the night, 2:00 or 3:00am. I'm still waiting on a cold plunge that was offered along with my sauna and they are refusing to ship it. Look elsewhere with your business. Edit after Burneek reply: Here they clearly lie again. They DO NOT clearly outline their return policy. But I’m not trying to return anything. Their policy is null and void when they violate their own estimated shipping date they state when you purchase. You WILL NOT receive your item timely, if at all. I have contacted their “customer service” multiple times and all I get is excuses and a run around. Not a solution. As much as they claim, they are NOT US based, every email I receive from them is received at 2 or 3 in the morning. Which means it’s from overseas. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

A shipping label was created on 12/31/25, after attempting to contact the company but the order was never actually shipped. When the expected delivery window passed, we reached out multiple times and received no response. We ultimately canceled the order, at which point the company suddenly contacted us in February offering to “settle the issue.” Now in March, they are disputing the chargeback by claiming there is a tracking number proving, not only shipment but told the bank it had been delivered. As of today, 3/10/2026 the shipping update states: Estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package. The tracking number only shows that a label was created, not that the carrier ever even received the item. Looking through other reviews, many customers report the same pattern: labels created, items never shipped, and difficulty obtaining refunds. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend exercising caution before purchasing from this company.

I’ve purchased my first Burneek Halo Sauna about 8 or 9 months ago. Me and my wife use it 3 or 4 times a week. We loved it. Hence, we order a second one for our family home in the country side. Overall, breathing better, shedding weight, optimizing our health and more benefits health wise. A purchase that gives health in return. On top of that my steam unit stopped working even though they have no customer service phone number they respond pretty quick to through their customer service email . The representative asked me to send a video the steam unit. After sending the video of the steam box the next day I had a tracking number in an email saying that my steam unit is on its way. Thank you very much Burneek team. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Ordered a 2 person sauna in December 2025 with an expected delivery date of 24-27 February 2026. Still no delivery call and the trucking company appears to be a scam as well. Have submitted a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charge. Do not buy from this company, they are a scam.

In my entire life, worst company I ever dealt with! Spent $3200 on a Sauna back in December, its March and I still don’t have it and they delivered severely damaged broken boxes that they made us accept and now they refuse to pick them up or send out a new unit timely. They have no phone number and take days to respond to emails. I’m paying myself to have these boxes blocking our house for 3 weeks to be picked up and disposed of. This has been the worst experience in my life with any company. We are now out $3200 for 4 months and have no sauna and have to pay to have their trash picked up.

I ordered a sauna before Christmas, December 12th, 2025. It still has not arrived. I have emailed back and forth about 20 times and still no product or refund of my money. Order stays in "Label Created" state and UPS has no record of this at all, I checked. The emails are apologetic yet they refuse to either reship another one or refund my money. I see that this has happened to others and they have MANY bad reviews. I wonder why this company has not been SHUT down! Absolutely a SCAM!!

Im just ecstatic that I get to relax in a sauna in my own house. Its so relaxing. I feel like it could be a little hotter but I do sweat & get a good detoxing. A cold plunge tub was supposed to arrive with my sauna but it has not arrived as of such.
