BungalowReviews of bungalow.com

Absolutely unsuitable residence. There is no fire escape egress. The home is filthy. Keys were missing when I moved in. Carpet is old and not clean. This dwelling likely would have its occupancy permit revoked by the city upon inspection.

I plan on writing a review every chance I get as long as it saves the next person the hassle of having to deal with this company. I was a landlord that was tricked. In the beginning, they have employees that lie to you say that they are renting their properties through the company and the benefits like rent protection so if the tenants don’t pay, they will still pay you. They are supposed to take highly qualified tenants only (not true). They started an infection process without my knowledge and left my house vacant for months without telling. My property manager was fired without my knowledge and left me without a replacement. I had to send countless emails for a weeks to figure out what was going on. Just for the company to give me back my home in a beat up condition. The company lacks communication and accountability. They will do anything to get out of doing repairs in the beginning I was told I couldn’t have the tenants information but now all of a sudden when it comes to getting repairs done, they are saying the tenant is responsible and giving me their information. Terrible company!

Touring the unit was a bit cumbersome due to the lack of keys and having to come back multiple times. The apartment isn’t fully ready despite my lease being started. Customer service is excellent though.

Bungalow was very professional, easy to navigate and made renting clean and simple. Everything is spelled out in the lease and you always get the chance to talk to your potential roommates before making a decision.

Bungalow is an abhorrent property management company masquerading as technically progressive with app, online and virtual services, while mandating charges for them, hidden fees with generic labeling, vapid support and absurd policies. I will filter out their representation every place I live from now on.

Bungalow is over all a nice alternative for housing. They have affordable options. Some efforts could be made for the communication between tenants and Bungalow.

I am a currant tenant with Bungalow and they are an absolute scam - will find any and every way to charge you, and are unable to provide invoices for maintenance charges because it was "in house." Not sure how they cannot generate an invoice detailing services performed. On top of that, they increased the rent on the property and required us to resign without informing the owners of the property that they were doing this. NO transparency on either side.

I have been Satisfied with Bungalow’s Overall experience. Any and All Questions and Concerns have been handled Through this App. Our only Issue we had was with Broken Washing Machine which took 6 month worth of numerous attempts to Fix but ultimately we Received a New Washing Machine. Overall, I would recommend Bungalow if you are looking for a Rental because they offer a 3D Tour of the Entire House Virtually If for some reason you are unable to come check it out in person. In addition, I got a chance to talk to the Current roommates before I moved in using Bungalow Chat Feature. Thanks Bungalow (AJ Patel)
