Do not subscribe! Our dog has pancreatitis. Our vet told us that we needed to cut pork products immediately from our dogs diet. When we investigated her diet, we found the bullymake treats to include bacon, bacon fat, pork gelatin, and pork bi-products in the ingredients list--all of which are dangerous for canines to ingest. When I expressed my concern, the online chat rep asked us to just change to a toy only package? Thank you Bullymake for your concern that you almost killed my dog.

My dog wouldn't even touch any of the treats they sent,and the toys were nothing special! Wouldn't let me cancel waste of money!

When I received the box I had concerns. I found a toy that looked like a tie made of nylon mesh looped in a circle with 2 ends extending. When I squeezed it it crackled. My pup took it and ran off with it. About 20 minutes later I heard him coughing and choking. He had chewed an end off and had been removing thin plastic sheets from inside. That plastic had mad it into his throat and causing him to choke. I emailed Bullymake to tell them the product was dangerous and to cancel my subscription. The response showed no concern about my pup or the danger of their product. Their first and only concern was to tell me I could not cancel. This company does not make quality products. My experience is that they get you to sign on for a year's subscription, send you cheaply made and potentially dangerous products to make as much profit as possible. If you complain they send you a generic e-mail that has very little to do with your complaint and sign it with "Sending Happiness" just to stick it to you a little further.

I tried this subscription because I have two GSP dogs...big time chewers. Unfortunately, this subscription service is a joke. They sent the exact same lame toys (big heavy pieces of plastic or rubber) month after month and when I requested a replacement they just sent the same thing. No creativity, no exceptions. What a scam..do not waste your money on this! I did try to cancel and they kept charging my credit card!!!

I’ve used BarkBox in the past, but decided to try Bullymake recently and ordered the 3-month subscription to save money. It’s been a great disappointment. I received 2 useless toys and 3 small treat packets. Neither toy was useful for my dog. She’s a 9-year old German Shepherd mix. One toy was a small flat nylon thing about 4” long & 2” wide with some ribbing on it. I don’t know what they thought she could do with it, but it’s worthless. The other toy was better because it was a very small round toy that you put treats in. She played with that briefly and then lost interest. I paid $39 for this box. I could have bought her a lot of stuff for $39. When I complained, they told me I could only cancel my subscription if I paid another $6 bringing the box to $45. I have cancelled and will return to BarkBox where they give you value for your money. It was a terrible waste of money and customer service didn’t seem to care.

Wouldn't let me cancel my membership at first until I threatened to dispute charges with my CC company. I had to get a replacement toy after my first shipment because my puppy was chewing pieces of the nylon toy that was sent. Took a week to get a replacement toy and they even threw in an extra toy but my dog chewed both of them up in 5 minutes. There toys are not made for power chewers as they state. They wanted to send me a another replacement but I declined because I don't want to have to continue to send toys back every month, waiting a week or more in between shipments. I signed up for the annual subscription and they didn't want to cancel because I had received a discounted rate for subscribing that way. I told them to take off the discount and change my membership to one-month and I'm done. So I paid over $40 for one toy out of 4 that my dog could use and a couple bags of treats. After agreeing to charge me the higher amount, they sent me 3 more emails asking me not to cancel membership and I could put my account on hold in case I decided to rejoin. I told them in ALL CAPS that their toys were not tough enough for my dog and would not ever use them again. In their FAQs under the question on how to cancel, it says "simple. Just contact customercare and let them know." Well, that is not the case. I feel they should have just let it go and not charge the extra $14 and honestly should have refunded the whole amount to me.

I subscribed for the 3mth subscription. They then charged me for and shipped me one in the 4th month. Obviously there is some fine print somewhere about cancelling your account after your subscription term is done. I contacted customer service to cancel. They tried to keep me from doing anything but cancel. I was clear about what I wanted and in the 5th month STILL got charged and shipped a 5th box. This time I was even more insistent about what I wanted. I made sure I got an email that said my account was cancelled. If you decide to cancel, MAKE SURE YOU GET AN EMAIL THAT SAYS YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED AND ORDERS CARE CANCELLED. It was too late for them to refund and cancel the shipment however, they offered me $15 discount on it if I decided to keep it OR I could send it back and get a full refund. That wasn't good enough for me. IMO, they did nothing to restore any level of integrity for me as the customer. I will not be buying or referring anyone to BULLYMAKE in the future. The way they do business is very backhanded, untrustworthy and cunning.
