I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered because my dog is a chewer, and received two toys (not rope) that have a tag that says they are to be tugged and not chewed. It doesn't give a description on the web site, so I couldn't have known this before ordering. So I politely contacted to cancel so that I don't get more toys I can't use next month, and now they say I signed up for a year so they will cancel it in a year--the web site said cancel anytime.

Stopping your subscription is very hard. After using the FAQ to determine how to unsubscribe, they instruct you to use the online Chat. The person/bot responds with what can we do to keep you. You politely say no. The person/bot again tries to retain you. You sternly say no. The person/bot repeats the pleads to stay. You respond in all caps with no. The person/bot stops communicating. You then have to email the company. The worst customer experience! The products have no variety (same thing different color) & my dog was neutral on the treats.

If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up to the one-month option and they keep charging every month. STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE. UNETHICAL THIEVES.

They are getting one star only because I can't give negative stars. They will not end my subscription or take my credit cards off my account. These folks are thieves.

My dog doesn't really like their toys or treats. I reached out to cancel in mid-December as I had a month-to-month subscription. They claimed that January 5th I actually signed up for a 2nd subscription with a 12 month commitment, and refuse to cancel without charging me for the whole thing. I've been working with their customer service for 2 months, and am now resorting through going through my credit card's fraud process. STAY AWAY.

Bullymake.COM har ingenting med alla dåliga omdömen att göra, dom har ingenting med bullymake.SE som är hemsidan som blåste folk. Ni måste börja skriva in era omdömen rätt. Nu har ju fel företag fått massa negativt!

Beställde några leksaker till vovven. Den första var helt förstörd efter 5 minuter och den andra efter 3 minuter. Kontaktade leverantören och skickade tillbaka grejerna. Fick tillbaka pengarna, men fick själv stå för kostnaden för ett "spårbart" brev, vilket slutade med ett dyrt rek. Inte så ofta man känner sig lurad, men Bullymake kan verkligen INTE rekommenderas! Dessutom rent farligt för hunden.
