Cheap toys & won't cancel subscription when you ask
I don't recommend wasting your money on this. There are better products out there if you have a dog that's a tough chewer. You have to rely on them to cancel your subscription and they won't do it when repeatedly asked.
They send repeat toys and some are super cheap. In July, they sent us a 'Loofa dog' toy that the tag says 'for gentle chewers' and can be purchased for $2.50. Pay nearly $40/month for a box of tough toys and receive junk.

Tried to cancel subscription (in writing) and they keep sending boxes and processing monthly charges. Had to dispute with credit card company and completely replace my card because they have the absolute worst customer service that exists. They were unwilling to credit my account after bringing the error to their attention but said if I send back the box they would give me a $10 credit (out of a $44 charge). They are unethical and violate their own policy of cancellation guidelines. The boxes are full of terrible dog toys that my dog destroyed in minutes. Not worth the money, Bark Box toys lasted longer and were much better quality. Look elsewhere before they steal your money too.

Useless customer service and repetitive boring toys. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Will be returning both boxes I received with tracking and requesting a full refund. Or I will challenge the charges through my bank. Buyer beware.

They get 2 stars ONLY because just ONE…
They get 2 stars ONLY because just ONE of the toys in their subscription box was desirable.
I decided to cancel our Bullymake subscription after almost a year's worth of deliveries. The rubber toys were really the only thing in the box we made use of. Most of the treats were kind of crumbly and of low grade...except for the rare jerky type treat we received a couple times. Our dog, who is a SUPER, super chewer, was able to chew off small pieces of the hard plastic toys. We disposed of those toys because we were concerned for her digestive system. Also, the subscription was not worth the money when I realized we could purchase rubber toys of equal quality on Amazon for about half the price of the Bullybox subscription. The quality of the toys /treats was not the only or worst issue in my opinion. The worst issue was the response to my request to cancel. I sent the email (Aug 6, 2023) to their customer service requesting cancelation. On Sept 6, 2023 I receive notification that our "Bullybox had just shipped".
I contacted customer service again, via email, questioning why my subscription was not canceled as requested. I was promptly informed, basically, that my request was ignored because I did not respond to an email they sent offering other subscription options...like every 3 or 6 months instead of every month, or pausing the subscription. I did not respond because I was not interested. I had already requested the cancelation and, in my opinion, the company should have honored that request before the next delivery date, period! They had one month. Common sense would dictate I was not interested if I did not reply within a couple weeks. After the situation arose I decided ti check their BBB rating. They have a rating of "F". Upon going through some of the complaints against them I found a large portion was about cancelation of subscription issues! I'm letting it ride because I have already devoted more time to the problem than I wish to. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE though, just to make an extra buck or two...however, issues like this with a large percentage of their cancelation requests in a year's time must be a real money maker for them, otherwise they would have taken steps to resolve the issue and save their reputation, which is what an honorable, honest business would do. Evidently they are neither honest nor honorable in their operations.

Toys are cheap and are not for "power chewers"
Toys are cheap and are not for "power chewers" as advertised. Soft toys lasted about 5-10 minutes with my dog before all the stuffing was gutted from the toy. The rope toys will come unraveled and are easily shredded.
We tried this service for about 5 months and really liked the idea, it just was not a good fit for us. Trying to cancel but customer service just wants to charge us for cancelling.
I do not recommend using this service if your dog is a true "power chewer".

I wish I would of seen these reviews…
I wish I would of seen these reviews prior to subscribing. You can not leave a review on their website (or at least I can't figure out how.) I started my subscription with all toys. After getting a few boxes in, and learning two of the toys had to be thrown away immediately, I switched to toys and treats. The ropes, she was easily able to chew up and swallowed the string. The soft noise makers were quickly chewed apart and became a choking hazard. Although she has not been able to "destroy" the hard plastic toys, she has chewed the edges to a very sharp edge and had to be thrown away. The toys to hide a treat in are destroyed much quicker if I actually put a treat in them. She chews around the opening to get the treat and eventually there is nothing left of it. The toy that is.
Calling customer service was a forever ordeal so I am not calling to have her toys replaced...not to mention, there is no point in it.
When I tried to cancel my subscription, I didnt realize I had a yearly subscription. It was going to cost a whole month subscription. So for a matter of principle I did not cancel, but just donate the toys to a doggie daycare that goes through toys quickly. I would not recommend mainly on the basis of advertising that they are indestructible. My English springer Spaniel had no problem destroying these toys.

Horrible service
Horrible service! They pride themselves on power toys for power chewers. I ordered a 12 month subscription and the first toy was destroyed in less than 10 minutes. I asked them to cancel this subscription so they charged me $14 to cancel. The toy is trash, just like the service!!

Bullymake toy last less than 5 minutes
I subscribed to Bullymake dog toys for my bulldog. The toy was destroyed in under 5 minutes!! I went online to chat and asked that they cancel my subscription but they said I had committed to a 12 month plan and could not cancel. When I was unhappy, they offered to charge me an additional $8 and cancel my subscription after 3 months!! How do you possibly ask for more money for a substandard dog toy??? Worst dog toy experience EVER. Do not subscribe to their plan if you value your time and money.
