This company will extort you to cancel their subscription. There are no options available on their website to cancel, you must go through their predatory customer service which refuses to cancel you unless you pay a $6 cancellation fee. The box was not worth the money by any means but even if it was, this is now how you do business.

I signed up with a promo ($19) for the first box, because “what a deal!”. When it came time to select, I had the option of 2-3 toys AND 2-3 treats OR toys only. They do not tell you that not only is there shipping but the “toys only” option has an upcharge. So, I paid another $5 for toys only because their treat bags were aimed at being used for training incentives (small-ish, bite sized). All-in-all, I paid $30 for the box and just received it yesterday. I got 4 toys. I paid extra to receive barely more than the treat and toy box was offering. The toys are ridiculous. The nylon toy is not safe, and will absolutely break a tooth. I was sent two “ballistic” material toys, with one being little more than a scrap of fabric. The last was a thick rubber ball with slots to put treats into. I’m so utterly disappointed that I wasted $30 on this when I could have gone to Marshall’s or TJ Maxx and gotten several usable toys for this price instead of what amounts to maybe two. I wish I could include a picture to highlight how much of a let down this box was.

I would leave zero if I could. These boxes are terrible. I have a 48 pound German pointer/border collie mix and she can destroy the toys in less than 5 minutes. Also they send the same two toys every month. She doesn’t care for the treats at all. I was getting bark box for a long time but thought I would try bullymake. Terrible mistake. She would get so excited when she even saw the bark box. She doesn’t care even a little about bullmake. I tried customer service so many times but they said I signed a contract so too bad. I told them on multiple occasions how dissatisfied I was and they basically didn’t care. They said I could send pictures of the destroyed toys and they would replace them so I did that, never received a replacement. Stick with bark box. Great toys, great treats, fun themes for owners, great customer service. Did she rip up the bark box toys, sure, but not for at least 3 or 4 days of squeaking and playing with them. She never would let them go. Bullymake is a rip off

They have treats with sugar! Humans should not eat sugar and feeding your dogs sugar is so toxic! Not impressed.

They make it nearly impossible to cancel and their toys do not hold up! After I received the first box, I emailed them to cancel my subscription. My dog destroys the toys within an hour. The toys are also way overpriced. I was told that I could not cancel until I received three boxes because that is what I signed up for. I thought that was crazy but I just let it go and waited 3 months. I sent an email right after the third box sent asking to cancel. I received a response back asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I responded with all the reasons I do not like their toys and yes please cancel. Now a 4th box is on the way. They are saying that they didn't cancel because they were still waiting for my response. I have the e-mail chain showing that I asked to cancel 3 times. Now they are telling me to refuse delivery. I can't do that. All delivery people leave boxes at my door and I will be at work. Horrible Company & bad products!

I purchased a BullyMake box with the 1 month option under the impression it would not renew every month. Without warning, I was charged for a second month of the box. When messaging the customer support, they were extremely rude about the situation and treated me like I was stupid over the renewal of the second month when it's not mentioned anywhere that it would renew. I was charged $50 for a box and treats that aren't worth half of that and can buy at the store. I'm still trying to get my refund and cancel the box for the month because it says it hasn't even shipped yet (only label created).

First off they “upsold” me on my first order for some hip and joint supplements and I did not click yes and no where did it show that I was getting the supplements they just showed up and I was charged. Then I cancelled it this month and had to respond to them three times saying I wanted it to be cancelled and did not want their “offers” to continue. I still got a box and was charged after they told me I was cancelled. Also the toys are made in terrible shapes to where my dog cannot get a good grip to chew on them.

I signed up for a three month subscription, but they kept mailing after that. There is no way to cancel on-line, their ZenDesk chat feature just takes a request and claims they will respond, and there is no way to reach a human on their phone line. The toys are all exactly the same - one tough to chew toy (my dog hates them all) and one food dispensing toy. Cute idea, but totally not worth it.
