The toys we received lasted us 2 seconds and bully box sent out better ones asap and let us keep the old ones for her to tear up.

I absolutely love this company! I have had really great experience with customer service and email replies. When a toy broke, they sent me a new one of the tougher toys to replace the rubber one. I have also had issues with the price and they offered to change the subscription to every 2 months to help me out! They are very understanding and truly love the customers. My dogs love these toys and treats. They have a lot of sensitivities to food and Bullymake offers some allergen friendly treats that my doggies love!

Hi Lauren - thank you so much for sharing your great experience with Bullymake. It definitely makes our day to hear that pups and pup parents are loving their Bullymake boxes!

My dog doesn't like the treats or the hard plastic toys. The treats don't fit in the toys. Also, I selected the 6 month option when I signed up, apparently. So I have to continue to pay for subpar toys and treats so hard you can't break them by hand. If you need to contact them, you can't find a phone number, only email. If you have an issue with their product, they definitely let you know that you agreed to multiple months in their "Terms & Conditions." You know, the thing most people don't read when buying something like a treat and toy box for their pets. Needless to say neither myself or anyone else that I know will be doing business with Bullymake again. If you do have a problem, I encourage you to reach out, it may take more than one email as it did with me, but at least they responded to let me know I agreed to a 6 month subscription of terrible treats and toys.

Know what you are signing up for. I signed up for 1 box at a discounted price to "try them out" with the full understanding that this can be canceled at anytime. No commitments. I went ahead and got 2 more boxes and decided $38 is too expensive per month for 2 toys and some treats that don't fit in the treat toys. I tried to cancel and they are telling me "no". That I have a 12 month commitment. I do not sign up for commitments like this especially with a product I wasnt sure about. They want to charge me to cancel now too. I blocked them from my bank account and I going to report this company every where I can. BBB, consumer reports, Google ect. Shady, greedy practices, disgraceful.. EDIT : I appreciate the reply and the cancelation. I wish it didn't take me leaving this review for it happen. The toys and treats are quality. My issue is about being misled and it being so hard to cancel. I changed my review from 1star to 2 and removed "scam" from the title.
